A very pretty little hotel with a lot of history and beautiful gardens and lovely decorated rooms. While staff was very friendly , some were poorly trained, so ask a lot of questions. Like when is breakfast, do you have a map of how to get to my room and the property, how do I turn the heat up in my suite. While our suite was very pretty, it was very cold and there was no way we could regulate the temperature. Once they turned the heat on , it was way too hot. By that time it was the last day of our 4 day stay, and we just dealt with it. Make sure you get staff to take you to your suite and show you how to regulate the heat. But other than that , and having a hard time finding the suite, we had a great time. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having a wood burning fireplace.
