There was no lounge area with tables to play games. No breakfast tables for four.

We booked this specifically because it had an indoor pool listed. When we arrived, we discovered that the pool was closed for construction. This hotel costs more relative to other hotels in the area, probably because it is listed with a pool.

Currently under construction and would have been nice to know before I booked that the pool was closed. They did message to say so and that the front door was closed during the day but it was still a pain and I would have rather booked elsewhere since we chose this location because of the pool. That being said, room was clean. Location was convenient to Shenandoah.

The room was great, the hotel and room were very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There was a 'hum' in the room, not sure if it was the heater or what, but it was like 'white noise' and it lulled both my husband and myself right to sleep ☺

Nice and clean property with some construction happening upon arrival. No sound was heard from the room. Breakfast was nice and decent. The pet fee was a bit high, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Christmas Vacation in Virginia
My daughter and I was on vacation to visit family friends. The room was clean and hotel staff was very helpful. It was perfectly located to shopping and the Shenandoah National Park.

Renovating wasn’t at all inconvenient or noisy. Honestly didn’t even notice save for having to us a different exit door than the one I used when I checked in Decent breakfast. Good oatmeal, waffles making machine, eggs, bagels (good ones), yogurt. Etc. Room was comfortable and quiet

I think room was relatively clean. Light bulb flashed multiple times but they replaced when reported. We had a pet and we were charged 3 times pet fee accidentally and this was refunded to us when we called the hotel afterwards. I would suggest checking your bill before checking out.

Nice despite renovation
I had a great stay. This will be my 4th time. Good friendly staff, great breakfast. There was quick refill during breakfast and coffee. There was renovation to the front entrance. They were helpful in making sure we were durected to alternative entrance and exit. I hope to come back next year to see the renovation.

I loved the customer service and convenience to the national park. The construction was quite an eye sore and the meat and eggs served at breakfast did not taste good.
