“Good hotel for a road trip to the park”

We selected this hotel for a quick weekend visit to Shenandoah NP. This is a well positioned hotel, close to all access routes, and parking available right in front of the hotel. Room was excellent. Choose 2nd floor and then you are not impacted by the slow elevator service; you can use the stairs. Bonus was a good weight room to exercise in.

Nice place. About 6 miles to the northernmost entrance to Shenandoah National Park/Skyline drive. Would definitely stay here again.

“Front Royal Wedding Trip”

This hotel was a real surprise! It's brand new so it didn't even show up on our GPS. It's on the route from Front Royal to Winchester - so it's a little drive to get to main Front Royal. There is a new shopping area right by Route 66 (56?) with a Walmart, Target, Applebees etc, so it's very convenient. I liked the seperate living room/bedroom area and it worked out perfectly with our 5 month old daughter.

Very nice, clean and modern full service hotel. The suite we were in had a new furniture, and a very comfortable bed. The resturaunt connected to te hotel was a Houlahan, very good food !!

The hotel is new and very clean. Service was great and food in the restaurant was excellent. The view was so great with the view room.

“Last minute find”

If you travel the East Coast, you know you often don't see a hotel from the freeway. This was true of the Front Royal hotel. It was recommended to us by a waitress in a restaurant. It was very clean and quiet. Wished we had time to use the pool and fitness center. We would stay here again if we were in the area, ie, visiting Shenadoah park.

Great location for Shenandoah. Very good hotel at a very low price. It was very clean, comfortable and we were treated well (front desk, room service). Houlihan's is right next door (connected via lobby) and makes it easy to grab something to eat without getting out of the hotel ......

“wonderful place to stay with a great view”

I loved this hotel. It was great for the money and a beautiful area. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was priced fairly and tasted great. The staff were very polite. There was a Walmart right down the street, and we bought snacks for the in room fridge. We would definitely return again.

“Front Royal Holiday Inn”

Delightful hotel beside a beautiful golf course. Rooms are comfortable, bright and nicely appointed. Attached restaurant provided a nice meal for a reasonable price. Only disappointment was no complimentary breakfast.
