Quiet hotel. The room was decent and the bed was very nice. No restaurants very close. Red Roof doesn't charge for dogs but this hotel collected a $100 deposit at check in which they did refund at check out.

Never got to experience our stay here. We paid for the room but got sent away because they only accepted 1 pet, and their were 2. Exhausted from driving all night, had to drive even more longer to get another room someplace and they wouldn't refund us either, per policy! Make sure you read the fine print before staying at this place.

Room had a chair that's arms were solid grease & worn away. Bathroom door had been kicked in at bottom & the AC/heating unit extension cord was foamed into the wall. The external outside door had been broken into previously. Stray cat roaming around outside!

It was clean but needed updated some. Pieces of carpet was missing in hallway, drywall patches in the bathroom, not finished or painted, no hair dryer either. But overall it was clean.

There were ants in the bathroom and they were eating dead flies or termites. Had to ask almost every day for more than 2 towels for 2 adults. Furniture looks likes it’s 100 years old! We stayed the whole 5 days only because we wouldn’t have gotten a refund! Will never stay there again. I’d rather drive the 30 mins from Lexington!! The outside door we had to use is dangerous it slams against you! Only good thing was most the staff was nice!

When I had checked into my room, I noticed that there was a leak coming from somewhere and when I went to inspect it was from the . Nothing was coming from the sink so I went down to Go and reported to the front desk and he accompanied me back to the bedroom and said he was going to tackle it tomorrow and let me stay in the same room. It was gradually getting bigger and he could tell that false sense Water surface was all throughout the bathroom and almost to the door did not want to make a fuss about it since I had checked in around 8 PM, but I was not comfortable and did not want to use the bathroom since it was sewage water coming from the toilet. Never heard back the next day, And my checkout was at 11 but I would’ve expected him to touch base too check in and the use of the bedroom bathroom before I continued on my journey.

The room is clean and comfortable, there were several people slamming doors for some reason up until 10:00pm. Also after 10:00pm, the walls are thin and could hear someone having loud sex next door, had to put a pillow over my head to get to sleep. Oh and a motorcycle parked in front of the handicap ramp, that area needs to be painted Red ! No parking! Yes I'm handicapped and he parked right next to my car😡

The outside was did not look like it was a very nice place but once i was in the room it was really clean and nice … just had a dog in room next to us that barked and barked .. otherwise inside the room made you feel like you was in a nice place

Don’t bring kids unless you want to explain sex
Window to room was filthy room inside ok if you didn’t look close… worse I am pretty sure every room around was occupied by hookers and they where very vocal. Our 13 year old had lots of questions… at first tried to drown noises out with TV and thought that worked till morning morning when when found out she turn TV off and had questions about all the Lady screams she heard and bed springs…. Don’t stay here. Not worth the money savings. Booked a double Queen and and got Full beds.

Nice Hotel
We went here after having issues at a different hotel. This one was clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice area. The room was nice, bathroom was decent though a bit small but it's doable. The ac worked perfectly, TV was big enough and had hookups for a fire stick and game system. Wifi was easy to connect to and strong enough signal. No issues at all, except they have a pool area that they didn't keep up with. It would have been great if they updated the pool and made it usable again. I'd definitely stay there again.

Stephanie, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and we hope to see you in the near future. Our swimming pool has been permanently closed and we are in process of filling the pool and hope to do a nice court yard for our guest enjoy the outdoor area.
