I'm sorry that your stay was a disappointing one. We did our best to notify guests by an announcement on the website. Our management team did offer you points as compensation to stay at another hotel or use here in the future. I also believe an offer for a complimentary night was sent as well. We really tried to inform guests of the work being done and compensate you when you weren't satisfied.

Without any detail it makes it difficult to respond directly to your concerns but I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Please contact the hotel manager to discuss further.

I am sure this negative review is also renovation related. The lobby and breakfast area being worked on is probably the most difficult phase of the project for staff and guests. Staff is completely out of their element and guests have nowhere to relax except for their rooms. This phase is just about done and we will be brand new. Please come back and check out the finished product!

We are obviously under renovations and sometimes we are at the mercy of the contractors working at the hotel. I'm sorry for the early wake up. The end result will be worth it!

We do have an arrangement with Planet Fitness for free day passes for our guests during this time. The pool area temperature must be kept the same as the water temperature for dehumidification purposes.I am disappointed to hear that the hotel experience didn't meet your expectations.
