A classic VT Inn
I thoroughly recommend the Inn. Amongst what is available in the area it is well priced, the proprietors are friendly and very helpful and it is well situated.

Wilmington Inn is fantastic.
The Wilmington Inn is just lovely. Megan and Charlie are perfect hosts. The Inn is in a perfect location to walk Wilmington Village, a short drive to Mt. Snow, Prospect Mt, Bennington and Brattleboro.

The breakfast is delicious and you are served as if you are in a restaurant. You also get porcelain plates and cups, no plastic dinnerware or plastic cutlery. This in itself is a reason for me to return, but besides the lovely breakfast the room was gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. Ann

The best place to stay in southern Vermont!
A true Vermont experience! We stayed 2 nights on our summer family vacation to the Northeast. The Wilmington Inn was exactly what we needed to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the Northeast! The Innkeepers were so welcoming and our room and the common spaces were clean and comfortable! Walking around town was a bonus!

We shot from the hip coming into Vermont with a place to stay. Nailed the the bullseye!! You couldn't ask for more kind or friendly owners the property. Our short stay very was pleasant. I was told that there was a nasty storm came through that night. I slept right through it! I was that comfortable. Breakfast was awesome the next morning. The property is beautiful.

I needed a nights stay during a winter break ski trip. So glad I ventured a few miles south on VT 100 to the Wilmington Inn. The Inn was comfortable, tasteful, clean and well put together. Linens and towels sumptuous. Meg’s sampler breakfast was terrific! Charlie carried my bag up. Easy walk to local restaurants. Good food and friendly people from all over). Fresh water, tea, coffee and home baked cookies at all times. Thank you for the hospitality, Charlie and Meg! I’ll be back.

Lovely Inn
Very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely inn, the owners were very welcoming, fresh breakfast, the Inn has a nice room with fireplace to spend some time, puzzles, games, a bar - very pleasant. Great location too - can walk to local restaurants and shops, mount snow is 10 minutes away.

We just loved our stay here. It was very family friendly and so warm. Meghan’s baked goods were out of this world and Charlie really went out of his way to take care of everyone. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay! Charlie and Megan are fantastic innkeepers who provide a excellent experience. I was great by Charlie upon arrival who was able to give me great recommendations for dining options in town for dinner. Everything was walkable. The inn has a common space with a puzzle table and lots of books to read. Charlie builds a fire each night in the outdoor fire pit around which there are several Adirondack chairs for gathering. Breakfast in the morning is all homemade options. The room (I was in Jenny’s, I believe) was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I cannot recommend this inn highly enough.

Family owned Inn, hospitality was above and beyond, room was very spacy, there was absolutely everything you may need. Breakfast was a la carte made from scratch, delicious. Very nice pretty property, nicely decorated interior. Overall we were very glad we stayed in this inn.

We enjoyed the Wilmington Inn very much. The inside of the inn and the room we stayed in was very comfortable and cozy-much like a B&B. Meghan & Charlie, are the proprietors. Charlie was very welcoming and showed us some places to dine, where to take a nice walk, and goods gift buying stores. The full breakfasts that are provided are absolutely delicious! Our room was clean, and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much and have told some of our friends about our experience there. Should we find ourselves back in that area, we definitely would give Meghan and Charlie a call and stay at their delightful Wilmington Inn.

Truly a hidden gem
Overall, the stay was fantastic. Megan and Charlie are great and incredibly personable. The only issue(s) we ran into were shade that didn't want to go down (at first), road noise (due to old single pane glass - part of the charm), and bugs in the lighting fixtures (in the bathroom - EXTREMELY common). Parking was easy and open, communication was fantastic, bed was SUPER comfy, facility was extremely clean... Simply put, would I stay there again, in a heartbeat. Breakfast is phenomenal and the level of service that Megan and Charlie provide is beyond measure. Truly a gem in Wilmington, VT and we will definitely be back.

Winter in Vermont
We spent a wonderful weekend. The owners and staff were very pleasant and always willing to help us with our needs. The breakfasts were delicious, and there were always free homemade cookies and treats along with coffee available. The log fire burning in the lounge area, was very welcome after being out all day. We will be returning to the Inn later this year.

Our stay at the Wilmington Inn was incredible!!! We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. The entire experience was so clean, calm, and refreshing. We stayed for a long weekend to go skiing at mount snow, which is a short 10-15 minute drive away. The Inn Keepers are very welcoming and make you feel like you are truly at home with homemade cookies and coffee ready 24/7. There are puzzles, games and a fireplace in the common area that is kept running through the evening along with a bar that is open until 10. Not to mention, the breakfast is amazing!!! The Wilmington Inn is a very special place and we cannot wait to go back.

The innkeepers make this place feel like home. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Cocktails by the fireplace in the afternoon and evening. Epic ice storm kept Mt. Snow from functioning, but we were able to relax and enjoy our trip in this lovely inn.

We had a nice stay at the Inn. Charlie and Megan (the inn owners) are wonderful. We stayed in the grey lady suite and it was spacious, clean and everything we wanted for our stay. Breakfast was delicious too. Basically everything you can ask for a super comfortable and pleasant stay.
