There was a problem with our reservation because we booked through hotels.com. This was not Quality Inn's fault at all but my restless kids had to sit in the car for an extra 30 minutes while I called hotels.com to fix the problem. The hotel receptionist was very helpful in helping me figure out the problem and helping me find a phone number to call. Locating a number for hotels.com was ridiculous but she was able to find one. The room was very small for four people but the bed was comfortable. We did get free breakfast at the restaurant and the food was good. Overall, it was an ok stay.

Located in the capital of the Navijo nation, this area is alive with rich native American culture! This was our third visit to this motel. The staff, as always were warm, friendly and super accomodating.

Room was pretty clean. Carpet was a bit stained. Zero shower pressure. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Breakfast vouchers applied to three options or the buffet. Had plenty of choices. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The girl at the desk was very friendly, even though we got there at midnight. The room was clean and comfortable. A few things could be improved like the lighting in the bathroom, the shower pressure, and the sink drain. Also there were crickets in the bathroom which was a little disturbing. For one night the price was good and we had a good night's sleep.

The landscaping at the motel and buildings near the motel needs an upgrade. Trash needs to be picked up. Make the place look nice!

This motel was excellent. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and I liked the restaurant attached to the motel. The breakfast was tasty and service was fast. I also enjoyed the museum with exhibits about the Navajo people and information about the WWII Code Talkers. I recommend this property especially to anyone who is interested in learning about the American West.

Great hotel, i would love to stay here again. Great service and the hotel was so nice! Loved the Keurig coffee maker! Room was very comfortable and roomy. Beds were comfortable. They did offer breakfast in the morning, we could not stay for breakfast, but we would have loved to try their restaurant and breakfast. Would have placed pictures but app would not let me download pictures.
