Big Surprise in the fridgePosted Dec 17, 2014
Hotel is very nice. Their for one night stay after a swim meet with the family. Children are not allowed in the casino part where all of the restaurants are. Rooms are very nice especially when we noticed someone had left us a five pack of beer in the fridge. The people working in the casino are very nice and helpful when learning a new game(Craps)! Great experience and will stay again

Just a few things to tweakPosted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: The staff were exceptional. They were both friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was difficult to get information about getting to Detroit or around Windsor. The lighting in the room was poor, electrical plugs not easy to access
Location: Canadian Club Museum was an exceptional visit. Some good restaurants. No shopping near by.
A very nice location. The casino is spacious and has a good vibe. It was great to see some visitors dressed up on Saurday night. Really felt like you were out for a special evening.

For the price it was greatPosted Dec 14, 2014
Overall, our stay was good. We were only there for one night, so can't comment on a lot of the facilities. One major frustration was the lack of instructions on how to get to the registration desk. We made the mistake of using the self park and then going to check in. You have to walk through much of the casino to do this, and then we were staying in the Forum tower which meant we had to walk through much of the casino again to get to the hotel elevators. Although we had requested a smoking room, they seemed surprised by this when we checked in and only had an accessible room available. There was also no ironing board in our room (which we needed). One was delivered within 30 minutes, but the attitude we encountered left a lot to be desired, almost like they thought we trying to steal an ironing board.

Great place to stay for business or pleasurePosted Dec 9, 2014
My only issue was with the fact that to access the pool you needed to cross the gaming floor which would be fine except I am 22 and was stopped every time for my ID so my girlfriend and I once had to go back up to our room just to get our id's just to go to the pool

Great hotel close to downtown business centresPosted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: New, clean, large room, comfortable bed and linens
Cons: Nothing could be improved! It's awesome
Location: I was in town for business for 1 night only, so didn't really visit other locations or socialize
Hotel far exceeded expectations! In town for work and close to downtown business.

Great hotel/casino near windsor/detroit tunnel.Posted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, views, smoke free, many slot options.
Cons: Buffett food could be a little more intriguing/quality. Some lamps, etc. were a put worn. But I am being very picky here. It was a very nice hotel
Location: About two blocks from the Detroit Windsor tunnel. If you want to leave the casino/hotel the city of Windsor and Detroit are both right there.
Caesar's is by far my favorite casino in the Detroit area. The entire complex is smoke free (opposed to the Detroit casinos) and even though it was sold out it was calm, spacious, and welcoming. Me and my wife could actually talk while enjoying the casino. The views are AMAZING as well. Windsor seems to be a wonderful and clean city as well.

Cesar's Windsor HotelPosted Nov 10, 2014
The hotel was nice and clean. Free valet parking. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Casino was nice. Several restaurants but the staff at restaurants older, slow and tired. We had to flag our waitress a few times or she wasn't checking on us. We saw a concert and that was superb. Overall a nice place for a weekend.
