“This hotel was extremely clean and the staff were exceptional”

Our family really enjoyed staying at this hote. It was very clean and bright. The staff were great. The complimentary continental breakfast was scrumptous. I was very impressed with this hotel since I work in the hotel industry. I have very high expectation when going to different hotel and this one exceeded my expectations.

The staff was excellent - desk person realized that the room we were assigned was already given to another customer. We avoided potential embarassment and had our room re-assigned. We checked in late, and were given the option of a late check out, which was an added bonus. Thank you!

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Room rates, which included continental breakfast, were very reasonable. A great place to stay.

“Not a lot of extras, but just enough of what you need”

The Comfort Inn of Leamington is your basic, comfortable hotel. No frills, no extranneous features, just doing what a hotel is meant to do: provide a room to stay in for a few days. The building is rather small with no elevator service and only one service alcove (snacks, soda, ice) for the entire building on the first floor. The hotel is laid out as one long hallway on both floors, with stairs at either end. Back door is room-key accessible, but takes a little work to figure out how to open it. Employees were friendly and courteous, and got the job done. Complimentary continental breakfast was provided each morning in the lobby. Wireless Internet is available, but signal strength is medium to low in the far ends of the hotel. Within walking distance are fast-food restaurants, basic retail stores, and other businesses typical of a small suburban town.

No frills like bar/food/pool etc. but does the job adequately for the price

“OK to Stay”

The room was clean and comfortable, but the non-smoking room stilled smelled of smoke. The room, especially the bathroom, is very much starting to look its age. Still, I was satisfied with the hotel. The scenic beauty of the Leamington area is unsurpassed.

“Was OK”

This hotel lacked things like a radio that couldn't receive any but local stations, a loose toilet seat, a deadbolt that had to be fidgeted with to lock, being hassled when we were late checking out.

“price good, quality matched”

Room smelled liked spilled beer and smoke - even though this was a non-smoking room. We were one of 3 rooms but all of us were put at the very back of the hotel and close together. It was reasonable otherwise for the price. Hotel offered a breakfast and was clean.

“This hotel needs renovating !”

Check in was friendly enough, but the first clue to the overall condition of the hotel was in the driveway - a large pothole was marked with an orange pylon and it appeared to have been there for some time. The breakfast area was a tiny corner of the lobby with just a few tables available. This was not up to the usual standards of Comfort Inns.
