Pros: Locatin Breakfast Fridge and microwave
Cons: Like that the rooms will be updated
Location: Shopping Marina Relatives who live nearby
We visit family who live just around the corner. This location is not only convenient to the family, it has access to the marina and shopping within walking distance. Glad to see that the rooms are being refurbished, an elevator installed and that now there is a fitness facility. It has become a must that we stay at the Comfort Inn when we come to Leamington.

As we have indeed inherited a "tired" hotel I do apologize on behalf of Choice Hotels Canada and the previous ownership and management for letting it get to this stage. You will be pleased to know that we are replacing every single item in the hotel except the bath tub. That's every piece of flooring, wall covering, furniture, floor tile, sink, faucets, toilets, lighting, mirrors, a/c units etc. to make this the hotel that you expect and deserve. You will also be pleased to know that the new units will have wall thermostats allowing you to have better control of the room conditions and our brand new internet network will feature only the best equipment in the industry. The hotel is in poor shape run down and overpriced for the quality of the property. Would not rate the hotel more than 1 star. Would not suggest booking this property.

I would not hesitate to stay here again. Renovations are underway adding an elevator and redoing all the rooms. Close walk to the beach was nice.

Pros: I like that there is a fridge, a microwave and I also like that the breakfast is included.
Cons: Definitely remove rugs that leave a closed-in smell. Also should have screens on patio doors.
Location: Point Pelee National Park and Pelée Island and good restaurants :)
Always like your hôtels e.g. good price but I would prefer that there would be no rugs.

You will be pleased to know the hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation and all rooms are being remodeled with only the tub remaining. All carpets are being replaced but the entrance will feature a tiled area which should help alleviate odours. As well we will be the only hotel in Leamington that will be 100% Smoke Free and Pet Free. For your security all patio doors are also being removed and replaced with windows. Our new elevator is currently being installed to ensure guests don't have any trouble with access to the second floor, and does not require the assistance of a manager or staff member to use it. Very Positive Experience ...Again

Hello - I have stayed multiple times at this hotel, Great location being walking distance to downtown and short drive to Point Pelee provincial park. 24 hour coffee/drinks available at front desk which saves on runs to Tim's. I have no complaints at all - a couple FYI's for you however are: 1) Light in room 115 above TV needs cleaning out as a buildup of dead flying bugs in it. 2) The Xmas lights on outside wrapped around the support columns look tacky - specially in March - even when not lit. Staff were really great in pointing out discounts available at various nearby eateries to hotel guests - always polite and well dressed - none had tatoo sleaves or bullrings ! Family friendly and safe hotel - will be back again!
