Nice clean facilityPosted Apr 19, 2015
Was a nice facility. Breakfast could of been better. They also would not give a receipt since it was booked through Expedia.

High School Boy's State Basketball ChampionshipsPosted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Continental breakfast, pool hours, free Wi-Fi
Cons: More staff, cleanliness of rooms, general maintenance
Location: Roadside Grill restaurant across from parking lot, gas stations and fast food very near by, mall within 10 min drive, downtime Madison about 20min
My son and I have been going to Madison for the past five years for the boy's high school basketball championships. I try to find a hotel that is reasonable in price. We stayed at this one two years ago and really liked it, even though it was about 20min from our venue. However, after this stay I do not think we will be returning. Even though this was a "smoke free" hotel, we needed to change rooms the first night because of the smell and cigarette butts in the window sill, bed sheets were stained, sink and bathroom were dirty (hair). Our second room was better, but the toilet lever was broke. Pool and sauna were nice, but hot tub was not hot at all. Continental breakfast was good, however all garbage cans were overflowing and no one came in once to empty. I guess we got what we paid for.

Pros: Price was right for a clean comfortable room.
Cons: Breakfast foods needed to be restocked. Latecomers had very little to choose from.
Chose this motel because it was close to DeForest where we had an event to attend the next day. Restaurant with wide variety of foods on menu located right next door. Relaxed in the big hot tub. Pool, sauna, and exercise room on premises as well.

Close and Convenient to the InterstatePosted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: It was convenient for where we were traveling. Close enough to the airport and the highways.
Cons: The clock in our room was a bit difficult to get set and then we had to unplug it to turn off the alarm. So, maybe just simpler alarm clocks.
The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but it is clean and a decent place to stay. It was very close and convenient to the Interstate and Highways, which is why we chose this location in the first place. We did get a little traffic noise, but nothing that was unbearable. The continental breakfast was good. Each of the four of us in our party was happy with what was offered. We did not have a chance to visit the pool, use the business center or the fitness area.

One nightPosted Nov 24, 2014
Place could use some updates, was in need of new carpet and paint. Saw some dropped snack food items next to furniture and mini - fridge. No notice from staff about hot tub being out of order, part of the reason I reserve a hotel with one. Bed was comfortable, sheets seemed clean, breakfast was nice.

Nice, clean roomPosted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: It's your basic room if you need a place to stay, we weren't there to sight see so it's location was fine for us. Not noisy at night. Comfortable.
Cons: The clock should be replaced with a simpler one. But this was a only a minor inconvenience.
Location: It's close to a couple of restaurants, but not much else.
Our room was very clean. We needed to get kleenex from the front desk people for the bathroom dispenser but everything else we needed was there. The room was very clean. The only problem we had was minor. The clock beside the bed was not changed with the daylight savings time and neither of us could figure it out. Also it had a red light for the radio and you could hear it unless you turned the sound all the way off as it was when we arrived. We couldn't figure out how to correct the clock and turn the radio off, so we just unplugged it. The continental breakfast was very good, a lot of selection. We would stay there again. Pretty quiet at night.
