Convenient to borderPosted Jan 7, 2014
Pros: Convenience to border crossing.
Cons: It would be nice if they had a bar in the hotel.
We stayed there for the Winter Classic. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean and staff friendly. Nothing much around in the area, except a few chain restaurants.

Stayed at this Hampton Inn for two nights during the 2014 NHL Winter Classic in Detroit/Ann Arbor. Everything was as advertised. Staff was courteous and efficient. Facilities were as expected and well maintained. Nice, family atmosphere.

Accommodations Worth Travelling ForPosted Dec 27, 2013
Pros: Free breakfast .
Cons: Confusion on arriving at the hotel.
Location: Great location because of its proximity to the U.S. border.
On arriving at our hotel there was confusion with our rooms because our son has the same last name and the rooms were mixed up. Apart from that our experience at the hotel was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The free breakfast in the morning was a welcome amenity.

Conveniently close to Ambassador BridgePosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
We received excellent customer service from the employee at the front desk. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise - more than we expected. The pool and spa area was clean and quiet.

Busy Highway and somewhat noisyPosted Nov 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was on the 3rd floor facing the front of the hotel. The highway is busy with trucks and noisy. It would be better to be on the back of the building and higher up. There was was a lot of noise from above so being at the top would have been better. Overall the nicest place I have stayed at in Windsor and I have stayed in many different hotels in Windsor. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was excellent.
