Not worth 200 dollars a night

The air conditioner didn't work properly in the room sonit was hot and sticky. Beds were uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, close to the casino

Pros: The staff were awesome. The room, very clean.
Cons: the parking, lol.
Location: Close to everything. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops near by. Casino within walking distance.
We booked a room for a night as we were seeing a show at the casino. The room was very clean. It came with a good sized fridge and microwave along with the standard coffee maker. Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. The only issue we had was with parking, but staff quickly sorted it for us. My truck would not easily fit in the parking garage, they have spots available on the street for larger vehicles.

Worst hotel experience of my life!

Rude staff (primarily the manager on duty named nick) he rose his voice at me and always talked with a tone and sarcasm. Tried to bargain deals with me because they screwed up our rooms we booked. Not only did we not receive the right bed type, the bed frame was broken and cut the back of leg when getting out of bed, the AC unit rattled and bearly worked the entire night. There were stains on the lamp shades and in the bedding. I would highly not recommend using this hotel until they get their act together. It's poorly managed and they do not accommodate their guest properly.

Nice hotel close to river front

Minutes away from river front. Good parking. Close to Ceasars if you are going to casino or attending a concert.

It's OK

Pros: Rate, location
Cons: Needs a massive updating
Location: Close to the border crossing.
We chose this hotel because it was an affordable option code to the site of the Detroit Grand Prix. The place was OK as a place to sleep. It's old, threadbare and out of date -- the heating/AC unit will wake you up several times a night as it cuts on and off. But it was clean enough and right next to the tunnel border crossing. One note -- the nearby restaurant options are limited and not great. If you plan to have a decent meal in Windsor during your stay, research ahead of time and plan to drive to dinner.

A lot of teenagers on the lower floors making noise all not long. I was on the 7th floor no issues but 4th and 5th were very noisy

Business / Family Trip

Location: waterpark nearby for the kids was first rate!
On a business trip, so I brought my wife and kids. We were looking for a hotel with pool for the kids. I called to confirm, they said,"Yes, we have one!" Unfortunately, the pool was closed on repair. Hotel sold my wife two passes to the local water park; I felt like they should have comp'ed the whole thing. Hotel is on a busy strip with college kids partying... too noisy! Parking - you have to pay!? Don't bring your new car! Its too cramped and it will no doubt get dinged. Breakfast - waitresses were too busy to serve tables for those who wanted to order off the menu. baseball team was in town many disgruntled customers with numerous issues, including a customer reporting theft of his money in his room. Check-in Staff - bring her personal issues to work; boyfriend/husband comes in to have a discussion outside while the desk is unsupervised ... where does it end?
