The renovations make the rooms very comfortable and nicely appointed. The kids had a ball on the water slide and in the pool. The activity area was great and clean, the kids could not get enough.

We were disappointed that our rooms were given to someone else as we had booked 2 rooms on the Atrium side and we have done extensive travelling and we have not had this happen to us ..we were to have the rooms with 2 queen beds in each and we got rooms on the parking side and were told that someone had contacted us to explain and that was not true.....we had a pleasant time ...if u book rooms they should be kept for you when you arrive....the time is 3 p.m. Check in time and we were there before that....we had the buffet and feel it was pricey usually a buffet have fruit and other options and the set up should be better .....not have to go to another room to make your toast......it is a nice place ...just need to make changes....Sincerely Carol J Miller

Loved it, the staff made it very easy to like!

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Everything was clean, quiet, and family-friendly. The Kids' play area had some dry slides and a huge climber as well as an indoor basketball net!!!!!!
Cons: Not possible!!!!!! It was all excellent!!!!!! Even the Expedia agent was easy to deal with and explained some details about pool slide hours (till10pm
Location: Leamington seemed nice!!!!!!!!
My 8 year old and I had such fun at the waterpark! Two nice easy slides with two pools interconnected near a few fountains! The ping pong was great too. Free but just a $5 deposit for the paddles at the front desk. There also was air-hockey and 8-ball pool which we didn't play.

Was once a great hotel but !!

Posted Jan 14, 2015
The hotel was run down and they were working on restoring it but there was no mention of this before I booked, they were doing a good job but there was construction everywhere. My wife and I picked the hotel for a little get away but could not enjoy the amenities such as the pool cause of the construction around it. We were disappointed.

Under renovation

Posted Jan 5, 2015
So hope that the renovations continue to move along. Front desk is a make shift desk in play area. The dining area is closed so also tables set up in play area. Very unorganized continental breakfast . Appears that the renovations have stopped about 3/4 of the way to completion. Was pleasantly surprised that the actual room was completed--comfortable bed. There were no towel racks in the bathroom so towels sit on counter. There is no sign in front of the hotel so quite confusing--especially at night. If the renovation continues it will be a nice place to stay.

Expedia misleading

Posted Dec 30, 2014
When I got to the hotel it was under major construction. The photo's released by expedia indicated a pool and hot tub and waterslide area for kids. When we got there there was no hot tub and pool, this was disappointing because that was part of the reason this hotel was choosen. Had the pictures not shown this I would have gone to a different hotel. The hotel room itself was comfortable and they offered a continental breakfast which was fine as well. It will probably be very nice once the renovations are complete.

Nice motel near Point Pelee National Park.

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: The breakfast was fresh and very good.
Cons: Was undergoing renovations so we could not use what looked to be a excellent pool.
Location: You need a car to either get to Point Pelee or the Leamington waterfront.
We searched for a hotel where our pup would be welcome. We were quite pleased with our experience and will return in the Spring.

Pros: room cleanliness and comfort, breakfast, staff.
Cons: it was really disappointing that there was no lighting in parking lot and hotel entrance. renovations cannot be an excuse for that.
nice, clean, spacious room. excellent hot breakfast, polite helpful staff. hotel under major renovations, so lot of clutter on parking lot and in hallways.
