I really like where I stayed. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. My questions were responded immediately and professional. Even though I waiting to be served, apologies were given and I was acknowledged

Great location

Posted Jul 17, 2015
We chose the Quality Suites, because we were a party of 8 and needed 2 suites. The rooms were comfortable. We love the location we could walk to restaurants, bars, etc.even the bus terminal was just across the street. This worked out well because took the tunnel bus to Detroit on Saturday to Commerica Ballpark to see Bluejays play the Tigers. We would stay here again.

OK hotel centrally located near river

Posted Jun 11, 2015
Pros: Good bed and it was nice having the separate bedroom.
Cons: Hotel requires refurbishment - e.g., hall carpets are badly stained, toilet in room ran constantly, TVs are antiquated.
Noisy one night - sounded like construction work, although the current renovations were supposed to occur during the day. Nice staff but the single night clerk was run off her feet and thus not very available. For the price, decent value.

Very nice suite.

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: See above comments and it was nice to pay a very reasonable.suite price.
Cons: We would have preferred a new, 45 inch, hi definition TV.
Location: Located in downtown Windsor Ontario, with several attractions nearby.
The suite very roomy, clean and well maintained, non smoking, with parking behind the hotel. . . My wife and I were upgraded to the eight corporate floor, since there rarely are pets on this floor. I am a controlled asthmatic and have problems with pets having been in the room. . . .

Pros: The location, staff, lobby, parking and size of room.
Cons: The carpet was filthy and disgusting.
I was there only to sleep. It was a good size room for the price.

Look at other options!

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: Good location, good room size, that's about it.
Cons: Everything except the above.
Location: location was ok, not great not the worst.
We weren't told that this hotel was under renovations- it was a real let-down to see photos of what the new rooms will look like and compare them to the rooms we had. It's a tired, worn, and outdated hotel that really didn't offer any fair value for the money they charged. On top, parking was extra!! Very disappointing - my colleague was so uncomfortable that he didn't even remove his footwear in the room. Spend the extra few dollars and stay elsewhere.

Wait for it. . .

Posted May 26, 2015
Had to wait about 10 minutes at the front desk because the employee was busy. If you want breakfast go somewhere else, it was good but took forever to get to us after we ordered because of staff error. But the room was great and spacious.

Close to the casino

Posted May 4, 2015
Parking is a little inconvenient if traveling with kids. We had to park in a detached garage across the street. The rooms were "OK", needs updated, although the hotel is undergoing some renovations. It'll probably get there soon! nice size suites however! Very close to th casino and water park. Overall- good stay, could be a lot better!

Don't stay here unless youre only looking to sleep

Posted Apr 28, 2015 on Hotels
Wasn't very pleasant. Restaurant was terrible. They were out if pizza and hamburgers, service was bad, and didn't even have a wine opener. Front desk was extremely slow, security guards were not friends. At 9 pm we had music playing and were talking with friends and got told by security we were being to loud. This was the first time of 3x they harassed us. Unless we whispered we would have been yelled at. It made our Windsor experience terrible. Unless you're looking to sleep this is not a hotel is recommend

A mediocre Hotel in a run down neighbourhood.

This Hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. No available outlets in the room, old style CRT TV's and cigarette burns on almost every surface.
