Improvements Required

Pros: the location- close to shops, restaurants, the highway
Cons: maintenance
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The staff was very pleasant and as helpful as possible. It's just for sleeping even though traffic can still be heard especially the large trucks passing by. Maintenance is lacking, for example, we complained about the very noisy bathroom vent but it had not been repaired even the day we left. It took a few times to find the right control for the TV.

I have never actually slept on a bed with so many springs sticking in my back. Awful

just an overnight stay for a wedding

Very convenient and handy on Huron-Church Road (Hwy 3). Simple continental breakfast, good, all we needed. Clean bedding, didn't see any bugs(!), no smoking room did not smell of smoke(!) unlike some hotels (even though the hallway did). Would stay again if all we want is a sleepover.

Would not recommend this. I've stayed in much cleaner and nicer places for less.

Pros: Location was fine.
Cons: New bed, bedding and furnishings.
Location: 10 minute drive or less to Caesar's Casino
Friendly staff greeted us when we arrived. The room looked like it was missing a chair in the corner. The TV was old style with the big back end. The comforter was quite dated as well as the furnishings. You could see a perimeter of dust all around the room and the bed where the vacuum can't pick up the dust. The bed had a board under the box spring and the mattress looked pretty old. The mattress had it's life and should have been disposed of a few years ago. Breakfast was included in the front lobby but there wasn't much out or to write home about. All in all not the best choice to stay at.

Staff went out of their way!

Cons: As a vegetarian/gluten free person, I would have liked to see fresh fruit added to the breakfast menu.
The hotel is beautiful on the outside however it does show some wear on the inside...this being said, the hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was awesome from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. Unfortunately our toilet broke after our first night and within minutes from notifying the front desk, they arrived with a new part and installed it. The location is great and easy to get to. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff with all my requests
Cons: the added cot was pretty soft and springy but i can't really complain when i requested it a t such a late hour
Location: we did not see sites but the lobby has lots of pamphlets that i did look at and wished i had time to stay
The was a large family group staying here for a wedding. 8 room were booked by the family and we were well taken care of . I was impressed with the room for the special need person. I myself arrived very late and had called to inform the desk that we would be very late and would need a cot added to our room. It was all taken care of when we did arrive.

Pros: close to many different restaurants and downtown core.
Cons: Rooms style / comfort.
Staff are all polite and kind. Rooms are somewhat out dated and need to be revamped.
