Conveniently located

Economical, clean and conveniently located by waterfront, downtown and casino. Only drawback was that parking wasn't included.

Travel lodge Windsor

You get what you pay for, staff were helpful but hotel was tired. Room was okay as it had been upgraded. Don't bother trying to eat in the hotel, restaurant missed an opportunity to do better. So our room was clean, staff were generally helpful but hotel is two star, pretty much what I expected.

Dirty, smelly, very loud music outside my window

Posted Jul 16, 2014
I cancelled my second night due to the unpleasant conditions. When I asked for my money back, the man on the phone yelled at me and hung. No joke.

Sauna Room to sleep in.

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Staff were great but the room became a sauna when the air conditioner didn't work. From the heat we woke up at 7am and checked out. One of the worst experience, and they said they couldn't reimburse because it was booked through expedia.

Parking Lot is terrible.

Posted Jul 14, 2014
They charged $10 for parking, but it was so hard to find a spot. Once you find it, then don't move. Next time, try to use the public parking. Sofa and carpet are too old, look very dirty.

It was OK.

Posted Jul 6, 2014
The room was nice. We had a water front view. But the room was a little dirty and under the bed needed to be cleaned. But it was comfortable for the evening we stayed there.

Cheap and convenient

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Prime real estate and only $115? Your getting reasonable acommodations and a very convenient location- downtown, tunnel to US, casino, waterfront. With all that - you don't get Shangri-la at this price folks- normal. Friendly helpful staff. Good for a one-nighter- not a whole vacation.

Don't expect any extras

Posted Jun 30, 2014
They were not able to provide us with anything beyond a flimsy plastic cup to have a glass of wine in our room, nor did they have a single wine bottle opener on site, so we were not able to drink our bottle of wine. They also don't have forks, so make sure you pack those. We also wanted a late check out which they said the day before would be an extra $10/hour but then on the morning we were leaving, room service tried coming in despite the Do Not Disturb sign, we then got a phone call from front desk asking why we hadn't left yet, then they told us we have to be out by 11:30. We had to pack up in 10 minutes and leave right away. Awful service, no courtesy, horrible parking situation, and no utensils. We will not be going back.
