Amazing View and great staffPosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: view, service
Cons: parking access
Location: Walking distance to everywhere downtown
has a great view towards the river and Detroit. Staff is friendly and helpful. They upgraded me to the Executive suite (21st floor) so I enjoyed a great view at a very cheap price. Moreover, the breakfast in the morning is great! Having a nice breakfast with a beautiful view is just amazing. The only bad part was the renovations in part of the building. Current Renovations make it a hassle to get to and from the parking to the hotel but its a minor inconvenience considering all the good stuff. PS. Windsor Riverside Inn is actually the Waterfront Hotel! so even better

Pros: Parking is close and accessible by closed in walkway.
Beds were very comfortable. Skip the hot breakfast and go for the waffles and cereal.

Hotel reserved was not the one I stayed at.Posted Feb 20, 2015
This made it it somewhat difficult to find. Once located everything fell into place.

Great hotel for the price!Posted Feb 10, 2015
Staff was wonderful and the view from our room was amazing. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were fantastic! You couldn't get a better room for the price! Hotel is a bit dated but it's well worth the money. Will stay there again if I need to go to Windsor!

Nice hotel which was right downtown.Posted Feb 5, 2015
Pros: The rooms and the view from the 13th floor were beautiful. Breakfast was great
Cons: The parking was expensive and separate from the hotel
Location: We did not take advantage of anything because we were there the day of the snowstorm
We loved the hotel except if we would have been told you had to pay for parking we would not have stayed there.

Great DealPosted Feb 1, 2015
The Riverside Inn is now a student residence, so you actually stay at the Waterfront Hotel which is attached and owned by the same company. This was a great hotel, close to everything. We have stayed here a number of times and always go back. We didnt use the pool and the free breakfast is basic, but at this rate, who cares.
