"The check-in process was easy once I provided the Hotels.com reservation number to the lady at the front desk. The room that I booked online was not available according to the desk clerk. Instead of a king bed we had two double beds. If you want to guarantee the rate from hotels.com, pay them on their site/app. If you wait to pay at the property and they make changes to your room, they don’t agree to the original pricing. It was still a discounted from the average stay rate, but about $35 more than “quoted”. It is worth the $13/day resort fee to have a full hot breakfast with fresh made grits, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties, in addition to other continental breakfast items like yogurt, cold, cereal, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, muffins, & pastries."
