“Good local”
The hotel was in a good location, but needed updating very bad. Everything was just old and worn.

Hotel is obviously old, and a little outdated. Mostly, the rooms were comfortable and fairly clean. HVAC is outdated, but seems to work OK. Hotel lobby could use a little work.
