“Should be a 3 star not a 2 star”

This is an excellent hotel for the price. It is quiet and nicly decorated. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast, although sparce, is acceptable. Managers and operators are to be congratulated for a well run operation.

“Hotel Stay”

“About as good as Comfort Inn can get”

Was very accomodating. No problems with reservations/check-in/special requests made through Expedia. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Was better than I expected since the site only gives it 2 stars. Continental breakfast was also included.

“Convenient location, decent hotel”

My favorite part about this hotel is its location near the intersection of Pembina Hwy and Perimeter Hwy, basically at the south entrance of Winnipeg. It's easy to find, and you can get anywhere you want to go on the city via Pembina Hwy. Some of the rooms throughout the hotel allow smoking, so you will smell it in the hallways a bit, but that is really the only downside. Our room was non-smoking and perfectly fine inside. The continental breakfast is small, but fine ... with cereal, toast, muffins, coffee and juices. I have no complaints, it is a decent place to stay!

“A good place to stay”

Clean and comfortable room although a little tight for space with two beds and desk/table work area. Service was excellent. Complimentary breakfast, free local phone calls, and fridge/microwave were definite bonuses.

“Not worth the price.”

Booked it based on convenient location as we were just passing through. Most of first floor was a smoking floor and as a result the whole first floor smelled like smoke, including the location where the breakfast food was. The room to eat breakfast in was a converted hotel room located, you guessed it, right in the smoking wing. Hotel older and a little worn, expected much more based on what we paid. Forego the convenient location and head further into town, would happily pay more for a better hotel.
