They are working on updating their rooms. Although our room was not renovated yet, it was quite nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of choices.

This property is extremely old and in need of repair. Absolutely filthy carpets throughout well over 20 years old. Many stains and patches throughout the carpet. Bathroom was not cleaned well and there were numerous pieces of things stuck on walls throughout the unit. Just needs a good once-over by staff and not a quick walk through type of cleaning as they are missing a lot of dirt. The carpet is way beyond cleaning though. Not even close to being worth over $200 per night for this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had been assigned one bedroon suite although only requested regular room. Carpet was filthy with lots of large very dark stains and the furniture very worn. Felt was given last available room, although reservation had been made well in advance with notification of late check in as was told unable to change rooms because totally booked. Bathroom, counter tops and bed linen appeared to be clean. Received small price discount upon request at checkout.

I have stayed with Country Inns before and this one was disappointing. There were large stains on the carpet in our room and throughout the hotel. We had difficulty with locking our door and had to get the manager to show us a "trick" in how to lock the door. The alarm clock didn't work and the parking lot needed work. The furniture in the lobby had slip covers that needed replacing. Overall, the hotel is badly in need of upgrades. There was a sign that said the hotel would be going through renovations but we didn't see any sign of it. However, the breakfast was very good.

The location is great, close to the airport. The hotel itself is very tired and in desperate need of a major facelift. The staff do their best to keep it clean. The carpets need to go windows and doors need to be replaced and it needs paint desperately. The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to to make us comfortable.

The stay itself was fine. The pictures that are posted on Expedia do no reflect the real condition of the property. The property is going to be renovated but the renovations just started a couple weeks ago. When I booked, I was expecting to see the nice modern rooms posted on Expedia, not the 1980s looking rooms that had smelly carpets and curtains that was waiting for me when I arrived. I felt they falsely advertised. Other than that, it was fine. I will definitely stay there again AFTER the renovation but not again before it’s completed.

So… they just got a new computer system 3 hours before we checked in and between front desk person not knowing system and system glitches it took FOREVER to check in and checking out was a nightmare, almost missed my shuttle to airport

This property is extremely neglected. Carpets are badly stained and have weird patches cut out. Curtains have multiple holes and stains that look like blood. The couches and chairs are dirty and stained and covered in cigarette holes despite being non smoking. Garbage and dirt under the table and beds. Very odd odour. Did not have time to book a different hotel. Would not stay again, extremely disappointed.

Perfect location- extremely close to the airport. You can walk or take a 5 minute ride from the airport to hotel. Staff is friendly and is very helpful - accommodated for late checkout. Breakfast spread is adequate, they have microwave and fridge in the room which came in handy. Place is clean and close to the bus stop for easy access to the city downtown. Definitely recommend for a short/long stay.

It was OK for the price. The hotel was clean and room was spacious. Decor is dated. Customer Service was friendly, but hotel front forgot my morning call. Luckily I woke on my own for the early morning flight. I would stay again, but I would recommend a renovation. But for the price, it was good!

Tired but met my needs
Tired hotel. Carpets need to replaced. Outside needs weeding and a spruce up. Bathroom and beds were very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a standard help yourself with quite a few options.
