“Great location in downtown”

The hotel is undergoing some renovations and the room I had was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was efficient and friendly. The location was convenient for restaurants, shops, & public transit.

“Great Deal!”

We stayed in this hotel as it changed hands from Red River to Holiday Inn, and it was an absolute steal. Great downtown location (though we wished they'd had parking, it wasn't too expensive), super comfy beds and attentive and friendly staff! It was a last-minute, rush purchase and I did not regret it one bit!

“Very convenient and would go back in a heartbeat”

The hotel at the time we were there, was being renovated. The hotel staff and renovation staff were excellent and very helpful. The room we stayed in was one of the newly renovated ones, and it was very clean, beds were very comfortable. We stayed for 6 days and when we asked for a small fridge in our room the staff had it in our room the very next day before we got back. The attached restaurant has good basic food at reasonable prices. The restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

“Awesome hotel and we had a fantastic time there.”

The hotel was a little hard to get to due to one-way strrets, and the parking lot being under construction, but the place was well worth the effort. It is located right downtown, and right across the street from the skywalks. The skywalks basically connect the whole downtown area, so you never have to go outswide if the weather is bad. Hotel staff were always courteous and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

“Great room, terrible internet...”

A great hotel experience! The only thing lagging was their internet speeds. You only get 0.5 Mbps meaning you can't even watch youtube videos. I wouldn't go back until they upgrade their "high speed" internet to something more modern.

“Will stay again”

The staff was very helpful and eager to please. The front desk staff helped us find the facility we were going to that night and also provided us with helpful information in finding a place to eat and a good place to go for drinks. The restaurant staff very hard working and so willing to please the customers. The room was very clean and quiet.
