That a hotel in the price point doesn’t have room service anymore is shocking. It had been a few years since I stayed here and I likely wouldn’t again for this reason. Especially having booked a suite!

Hotel was within easy walking distance of The Forks national historic site, where we went for lunch, dinner, and shopping. Close to the Cdn Museum for Human Rights, although we did not go there. While at the hotel we had breakfast on-site each morning, and dinner one night, and enjoyed each meal. Parking for friends who came to visit us at the hotel was limited.

I booked two rooms. They messaged me prior to check in for name on second room. Told them this wasn't necessary at the six other hotels on my trip. When I checked in they wouldn't give me key to room without the name of person in second room. Then made mistake of key two sets of keys for the one room which luckily I caught. Ice machine was broken and had to wait an extended period of time before they found someone to bring us ice.
