Nice hotel, close to airport

Beds were extremely comfortable! Room was very clean, & maid service was fantastic. Not much free space in the room (i.e. suitcase on floor), but then again, I just booked a simple room, not a suite, & was still a great value! Only minor issue, which didn't affect my stay much, was Internet connection was spotty, a bit slow, & sometimes difficult to connect to.

Overall good clean and friendly service, poolside friendly, extremely happy about the slide, entertains the kids very well, hours should be a little longer for the adults though, for the use of the pool and hot tub.

great a/p location shuttle service fast

2nd stay in 2 months. This time was for a funeral. All staff were very helpful we had a problem with telephones in room but were fixed very quickly. Restaurant staff very polite and happy to help. Will stay here again.

Comfortable Hotel

Pros: The convenient USB ports in the hotel phones add a nice useful modern touch.
Cons: The windows need to be modified so that they do not extend down to the floors. This is a privacy nuisance that will make some guests uncomfortable.
The location was good and there is always a lot of parking available. There is only one minor discomfort. The windows extend down to the floor, which becomes a privacy concern when guests want to let in all the sunlight available but then have to contend with the fact that the entire hotel room may be visible from the outside. I found this to be an oddity. I was able to work around this by blocking the bottom with the square pillows provided.

This hotel looks dated. The room that we stayed in had a strange smell the minute you opened the door - smelled like old mop water mixed with vinegar. The mattresses and sheets look like they have seen better days. Housekeeping services could be improved. The same debris was left on the bathroom floor for 3 days - meaning there was no effort to sweep inside that room.

Looking forward to staying

Pros: Friendly staff, kids and pet friendly.
Location: A good place to everyone travelling because of the location near the airport,
Had my supper and ordered fried fish meal at the hotel restaurant. The menu stated vegetable of the day included but when the server came with the plate, there was only cole slaw. I asked her why the vegetable of the day is missing so she went back to the kitchen. I was told the cook advised her that the cole law was the vegetable of the day. However, I could not eat the cole slaw because it was not fresh. She spoke to the manager about the situation and she came back and told us we did not have to pay for my supper.

空港から歩いて10分

朝一の便で発つ為、空港近くのこちらのホテルを選びました。 室内は綺麗でアメニティも揃っています。日本のホテルとあまり違いはない様に思いました。 また、近くにコンビニ(セブンイレブン)や軽食できるところなどがあり、便利だと思います。
