We came down from a far distance for a horse show. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a big dangerous snow storm. We asked for a refund to see if they could work with us. The person at the front desk gave me hope but ultimately I was not able to get a refund. The reason was because I booked it through a discount website, I was not able to receive a refund. However, they did work with my parents and they got a refund for their room. So be aware where you are booking your rooms at. I am out 170 bucks for an entire night because I booked it through a work website. Otherwise, it was very nice in the room for what we were able to spend in it.

Hotel was very nice! Front desk staff in the evening of our last night was not very friendly. We ask for towels for the pool room they acted like it we were inconveniencing them. We ask three times for towels in the pool and never got them until they shut the pool down at 11:00pm and we had to ask again. We ended up having to dry off in the front lobby and elevator on the way back to our rooms. Everything else was great.

Toilet problems, notified front desk that toilet was not flushing. Only one person working so took a long time before she could come fix issue. Next time using same thing clogged. Next morning toilet completely overflowed. Also, room next to me had a dog barking very early in the morning - not a pleasant stay.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool area has its own towels. So, you can use the room towels for bathing.

The hotel was nice, the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly and they had a good breakfast. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the sheets on one of the beds was obviously dirty.

Yes, you should stay here.
The room was large, very clean, quiet and updated. We have no complaints except the included breakfast wasn’t the best we’ve had. Overall it was a good place to stay.
