Comfort Inn Winston-Salem

Comforter smelled strongly of body odor which raised the question.."are they ever laundered?" My husband and I are by no means OCD or super clean freaks but the rest of the room could definitely benefit from a Mr. Clean magic eraser and some other cleaners. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful with giving us directions around the area.

Bathroom cleanliness was not good. Did ask to have bathroom curtain replace and it was done, but still the bathroom was not in decent shape

I was very satisfied. I liked the indoor pool because it was winter time. I also like a good breakfast with lots of choices so I was very happy with that. I've stayed in some places where breakfast was a few donuts... Hello Mcdonalds. lol My husband and I like hotels with the waffle maker! yummy

The tv was old. Not the quality I expected for Comfort Inn

The location was a little off the main street, but was in a very safe location. There were a ton of resturants and stores, all national chains. Staff were very nice, rooms were clean, price point was great. Breakfast was very good. The only downside was that we had a person who was diabetic, and struggled to find protein in a very carb rich meal.

we left in the middle of the night because the beds were so uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work right. The bathroom wasn't clean.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Our room was OK and clean but did not get cleaned after first night nor towels replaced. Manager said maid said we didn't remove "do not disturb" card from door, but we did. The couple we traveled with first room, tub would not drain and toilet would not flush, They were switched to another room. The 2nd day. after returning that night, room air had not been workijng all day. They had to change rooms again. I've also had better breakfasts. Other than the area was nice, our stay was not that good

Non smoking room, smelled like an ashtray. Staff was very unprofessional. I could write a small novel about this experience, however i will save us all the trouble and say just don't do it!

Room was good for the price, but the breakfast that is offered leaves a lot to be desired. Area is small, food is limited, and slow to replenish what is available.
