The whole experience at this property was positive. Friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet room, close to town, easy acess from the highway. We will stay here ahain when we come to Mocksville.

I was warmly greeted by Kim when I arrived. She is courteous and professional. I had my dog with me and found the hotel to be very welcoming and prepared to have him there. I always look at Comfort Inn and Suites hotels when I'm booking for travel.

Could use a safety bar in the shower. A bit noisy near the 3rd floor elevator. Excellent location and comfortable beds, reasonably priced and adequate breakfast. Good deal for the money! Staff was super. Enjoyed my stay. Will book again!

It was a little out of the way, down a way from the main highway. There was only a small Comfort Inn sign right as you turn into their driveway. I will say the bed was very, very nice and the room was very quiet, all good qualities. The two men we encountered, a different one on each of our two-day visit, were very impersonable but helped when called upon.

We were in a non smoking room, but the first floor smelled like cigarettes, the room we were in was missing the closet door. The continental breakfast was minimal, and the chairs at the continental breakfast looked like they had seen better days.

Terrible night of noisy fights or parties on 3rd floor. Crashing something into wslls doors slamming yelling in the hallway. Seriously considered calling the police. But didn't figure we wever get any sleep then. Gave up and let at 4 am

Stay here if you want to stay up all night with your eyes watering with the heavy smell of weed coming through your door. There are signs everywhere in this place that say, “Breathe easy, this is a smoke-free establishment.” Biggest lie I’ve seen in a while. It was so bad I had to change floors, but that reprieve only lasted until someone else occupied a room close by and lit up again. They need to either enforce the rules, or take down their false claim that they are smoke free.

Nice staff. Breakfast was OK. We had stayed in room months before and it had a broken closet door which causes a hazard at night. Closet door still not repaired after several complaints.

Good hotel
This hotel was clean. Had a great breakfast. Most of the staff was friendly. Our biggest caveat is that the pet allergens were so bad we were miserable any time we were in the room. There are no rooms for people with pet allergies, which I didn’t know until we were already there and paid in full. If you have no animal allergies, I highly recommend this hotel.

The entire check in area is enclosed with cheesy clear vinyl covering. I’m assuming for Covid reasons? The place had a bunch of shady people with no cars staying there. The entire hotel bottom floor smells like cigarette smoke and stale air.
