Close to the hospital

Pros: It was in the central part of Winston Salem and close to everywhere I needed to go, reasonably priced.
Cons: I believe the beds are long overdue to be replaced, along with the linens. The air conditioner units could do with a thorough cleaning, or replacement
Location: Everything I needed was within reasonable distance was the only reason why I chose this place.
When I first got there, the staff seemed to be nice, they were prompt at the desk and polite and friendly. They helped me a lot with switching to a different room, which was wonderful, UNTIL i got into the room. The room looked like and smelled like last weeks laundry. The bed was extremely low to the ground, almost like trying to sleep at the level of a toilet. There was no box spring, just a wooden slat and a mattress on top of it. I think sleeping on the ground would have been more comfortable, I woke up feeling like I had been kicked by a mule. The only positive thing i can say about the bed is that is was a king sized bed and my feet didn't hang over the end, although that may have been a more comfortable experience. The absolute worst bed I have ever slept on, period! After my first nights sleep when I went to the front desk I had to wait several minutes for someone to even come to the front desk, far from the timeliness when I checked in.

Dirty, smelled terrible. Not kept up, runed down. Would not recommend to anyone.

I can't complain because, with the comparatively low price, I didn't expect much - so I wasn't disappointed. Housekeeping kept the room clean. I didn't see any pests. They supplied soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and condiments. I had a queen sized bed, a desk, an iron, a television set, alarm clock, and coffee pot. It was difficult to pull out of the parking lot at times, but it was an alright stay.

It was convenient to were I need to be. It needs to be updated on beds an paint because walls and doors are dirty. The bed had stains in the matress.

The vending machines nor ice machine did not work.bed was in bad need of being replaced broken an springs coming threw. But other than not sleeping room was ok needs better coffee

Place was nasty door on hotel rooms looked like theyve been broken into not updated in any way total waste of time
