“Reasonable place to stay”

Dudley Inn is an okay place to stay. It is definitely not a dump nor is it a five-star hotel. It is acceptable and fine and that's all. I would stay there again. The location of Dudley Inn is not great due to the roads near it. Simply put, the hotel is hard to find because of the twists and turns in that part of town. That's not their fault but they told me at the front desk that some people have driven for an hour in Kernersville trying to find it. I wished that there was a refrigerator in my room. I needed one. The woman at the front desk said she would try to find one for me but she never did and never got back to me. However, when I asked the next person on shift if I could store some milk in the front desk area refrigerator my request was met with a smile. As long as little details don't get you upset and you're willing to adapt a bit Dudley Inn is perfectly acceptable.

“Nice room, not nice location”

Very nice room. Big room, big closets, big bathroom, table, ironing board, etc. Location was not good, and upkeep outside the hotel was atrocious.

“Wouldn't visit again”

This hotel couldn't have been much worse. First of all, it doubles as student housing for the cosmotology school across the street. The parking lots were dark and didn't seem very safe, especially considering the area. Many websites list this hotel as pet friendly BUT IT IS NOT! Check-in took at least 20 minutes and two calls to the manager. The floor in the lobby has buckling tiles and most of the carpets are stained. The room wasn't super clean but could have been worse. The beds weren't very comfortable but sufficed for the 3 hours sleep we got.

“The dirtyiest hotel I ever stayed in”

My recent stay at the Dudley Inn was a dud. The rooms, hallway, elevator were the least clean of any place I have every stayed. I was in the same room for two nights. The floor was dirty and did not get vacuumed while I was there. The carpets were worn out and smelled. The entire hotel had been or is being used as a cosmetology university. Do not stay at this hotel.
