Wouldn't visit again

Posted Feb 15, 2009
This hotel couldn't have been much worse. First of all, it doubles as student housing for the cosmotology school across the street. The parking lots were dark and didn't seem very safe, especially considering the area. Many websites list this hotel as pet friendly BUT IT IS NOT! Check-in took at least 20 minutes and two calls to the manager. The floor in the lobby has buckling tiles and most of the carpets are stained. The room wasn't super clean but could have been worse. The beds weren't very comfortable but sufficed for the 3 hours sleep we got.

Most Disgusting Place ever

Posted Nov 12, 2008 on Hotels.com
Roaches, carpet stains , broken lights, dirty light fixtures, staff incompetent, trash on floor in room, looked like a dorm, dark and dingy, safety hazards with outside doors open all night, barbeque grill up against building, smoking area right at entrance, AC filled with mold, and hotel website does not work so you can not find out info in "writing" and wireless internet only available in lobby. I will never stay here again

Reasonable place to stay

Posted Dec 6, 2007
Dudley Inn is an okay place to stay. It is definitely not a dump nor is it a five-star hotel. It is acceptable and fine and that's all. I would stay there again. The location of Dudley Inn is not great due to the roads near it. Simply put, the hotel is hard to find because of the twists and turns in that part of town. That's not their fault but they told me at the front desk that some people have driven for an hour in Kernersville trying to find it. I wished that there was a refrigerator in my room. I needed one. The woman at the front desk said she would try to find one for me but she never did and never got back to me. However, when I asked the next person on shift if I could store some milk in the front desk area refrigerator my request was met with a smile. As long as little details don't get you upset and you're willing to adapt a bit Dudley Inn is perfectly acceptable.

Dudley Inn Review

The hotel room looks like a 1970's dorm room that hasn't been updated since it was built.
