WE HAD A HANDICAPPED ROOM AND THERE WAS A SLIGHT ODOR OF URINE-- BUT OTHERWISE IT WAS GREAT

Very,very friendly and attentive staff.When checking in I had requested a port-a-crib.As soon as I checked in the gentleman at the front desk sent another fellow to the room to make sure the port-a -crib was there.

Staff were courteous and professional, including cleaning staff. Our room was clean and in good repair. Plenty of lighting. The carpeting was clean, in good repair, and pretty. We had one wall that was painted a terracotta color which was very pleasing to look at. Internet access was easy. 32" HD TV that worked great. Location couldn't have been any better. A gas station, bookstore, pharmacies, great restaurants, and Hanes Mall were located just moments away! We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight getaway over Labor Day weekend. We thought about going to Pigeon Forge, TN first, and decided against that due to heavy traffic, and opted instead for Winston Salem. The traffic wasn't nearly as congested as Pigeon would have been, and we are so glad we chose Winston and the Hampton Inn!!

“Great hotel in a great location”

The hotel was in a great location. We stayed at the Hampton Inn as a short weekend family venture. We were very pleased with the service. The room was wonderful. Bathroom needed to be touched up a bit, but nothing to keep us from not coming back. We loved our stay in Winston-Salem. The hotel was just the icing on the cake. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.
