One to avoid . . .Posted Nov 2, 2013
Have you ever stayed at a hotel next to a busy highway that had high quality windows that effectively blocked the road noise? Well this is NOT one of those hotels! This property sits adjacent (and very close) to Interstate 40. The road noise was horrendous. To top off this unfortunate visit, I turned up the fan on the AC unit (hoping to mask the road noise) only to have it make knocking noises most of the night. While the staff were friendly, I would give this one a wide berth.

nice hotelPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: Laundry room and breakfast
Location: its was about 15 to 20 min. away from the soccer complext we played at, that was convienant, not sure what else is near by as we arrived late at night
we actually only stayed there for sleeping purposes during a weekend of soccer tournements, but it had everything we needed, it was conformtable, and the kids wanted to stay longer. so Thank you for the great experiance.

Good NitesPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was comfortable. We have stayed here several times before. I recommend this hotel. The fitness room is very small and only has a few pieces of equipment. Other than the fitness room, everything else was fine.

Quiet, comfortable and cleanPosted Jul 25, 2013
Pros: see above
Location: Watch Baseball
We stayed at Holiday Inn Express on Peters Creek PKWY for Friday and Saturday. We were there for a baseball tournament with our son. Our son plays in tournaments all over NC and surrounding states, so we have stayed in our share of hotels. I would have to say this hotel is one of the best we have stayed at for the money. We really liked the free buffet breakfast, it was great. The food was good and it saved us a lot of money. The outside pool was also nice. The boys enjoyed it after playing all day in the heat. I enjoyed the free Wi-fi so I could check scores and my emails. The rooms were also very clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel if we play in the area again. Thank you, Kornegay Family

Non smoking? Not quite...Posted Jun 15, 2013
This hotel has a sign posted at the front entrance boasting to be 100% smoke free while their staff stand at the sign and smoke! The cigarette disposal is right at the door. When you enter the lobby, you would believe it has a smoking section in the lobby! I understand that guests will smoke near the door but to see the desk clerk and wait staff at the front door, not impressive! The rooms were clean but the smoke issues will prohibit me from returning.

not real happyPosted May 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had my 80 year old mother with us....everytime we left the hotel and came back we walked to the room and the key card wouldn't work...my mother doesn't walk well so I left her outside the room and walked back to the desk. Only one person on duty and 4 of the 6 times we had to have the key redone I had to wait 15-20 minutes before I could get the code reset. They kept saying I had to keep the card away from my cell phone....my husband had it in his shirt pocket. I told them it had nothing to do with a cell phone. The man at the desk on Sunday night was really condescending. Not at all happy with this situation.
