“Would stay there again.”

The desk clerk was very helpful and sent someone to check and make sure our room was ready. The room was very clean and neat. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of selection. Would stay there again.

“Clemmons cleanliest!”

I would recommend this hotel while staying in Clemmons. It is the cleanest and recently updated. The VIllage Inn is beautiful but old and hasn't been keep up to date. The Holiday Inn Express has a small breakfast and no other meals where the Village Inn has a full breakfast buffet, which is not included as it is at the Holiday Inn Express.

“Very friendly and welcoming”

Compared to our stay the night before at a different hotel, this one was a breath of fresh air. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

“Convenient and affordable.”

Friendly staff and the room met my expectations. The hotel is a little close to the highway, so you get some noise there, but if you run the in-room heater/AC that drowns out the noise. Cheap sodas in the machines at 75 cents (compared to other hotels) and there were bowls of fruit that made for handy & healthy snacks for my kids.

“Not bad.”

Overall nice, but the showers could have been nicer. Very spacious, though, and comfortable bed.

“Showing its age”

I chose this hotel because I was visiting the area to take a winery tour, and the other hotel that was recommended was already booked. When I first walked in, there was a strange smell in the lobby and elevator, which caused me to cough. Also noticed dust in the corners in the room. The bathroom shower curtain was not long enough to stay in the tub when taking a shower. The hairdryer was the old kind with weak drying power, and it took twice as long to dry my hair. I would not chose to stay at this facility again. It did not look or smell clean.

“Just OK...”

Overall just a OK place to stay. Restraunts are close. Room was a little dirty compared what I exspect from a Holiday Inn.

“Good location for a business trip”

Although we had a few glitches, the staff was friendly, there was a full breakfast offering which came with our room. It was easy to get to. A couple of blocks away was a Panera Bread and a pizza place called Donatos (This restaurant is a must for a meal. The thin crust pizza was delicious!) We were there for a business trip, so everything met our needs. We had access to a computer in the lobby which was helpful. The next time we're in NC for a business trip we would stay there again.
