Second time staying at this location. It’s a good option if you are looking somewhere that’s clean and comfortable for a low price. Restaurants and two grocery stores are nearby.

My family stayed here this past weekend for a Dance Convention. It was close to the convention center and had great dining options close by. Would stay here again.

Property was beautiful, room was clean, halls were clean, elevator was clean. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was close to grocery stores. Staff was ok, some were very kind and cheerful other were less so. Id recommend for short stays

Other than it took 15 minutes to get lukewarm water to the bathroom, the hotel was very nice.

Overall good experience- very clean and nice- but no hot water for a shower and when I asked about it at check out they already knew the building was having an issue. It was going to an issue for a while . I’d think they should mention that as a warning at check in. There wasn’t a lot of sympathy for sure.
Hotels.com did a horrible job with the reservation. I needed three rooms for a business conference. Hotels.com prompted me to list the names of those staying in the rooms. They didn't communicate this to the hotel. The hotel only showed my room. When I gave them the confirmation number, they showed one room under my name. After a half hour of trying to find the other rooms by the names I had listed the hotel offered us the other two rooms for the rate Hotels.com had charged me. Ridiculous.
Stayed 3 nights, clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, bed was wonderful. Only complaint, hotel had no hot water at check-in but not alerted by staff. Never really had hot water but warm enough to bathe quickly. Shame on Hotel Manager for advising her staff not to reveal this information to guest!!!
Though no fault of the hotel, the location of the huge AC units outside our window and the constant slamming of the firedoors for maintenence are horrible out side of our room
The front desk staff was nice and attempted to be helpful, however, my room (405) had stains (pink/red) on the carpet that I did not see until late when I closed the curtain and turned on the light between the two beds. The shower was nasty as if it had not been cleaned by the staff and there was no bacon or sausage for the breakfast, they said they ran out and was waiting on the truck. They could have simply went to the local market which was in walking distance to purchase bacon and sausage for the guest, the apple juice tasted like water. In my son's room (404) they had ants on the AC units-when asked if the staff had bug spray-none. There was also a continuous leak from the above-head AC unit for the handicap entrance (this was nasty-and there was no way to avoid it-seem like the AC had been leaking for weeks. The hotel has been renovated but not the AC units, there was also a plastic bag stuffed in a hole by my AC unit in rm (405) I was too afraid to pull it out cause I afraid of what might have come out if I did. The front desk attempted to offer me IHG points instead of a refund because I booked with expedia.
Property was ok but the breakfast was terrible. We usually choose this hotel because they offer Turkey sausage also for breakfast. I had to ask the hostess to make us some because they only had pork and then the next day more pork products and no Turkey option. Also the cinnamon rolls were hard as a brick.
