Quality Inn and Suites Winston Salem

this is an older motel that appeared to be clean. however, the door to the room was warped and did not fully close at the top. The bathroom was stocked with 2 small bath towels, 3 hand towels and 3 washcloths for a king bed room with 2 occupants. I recieved 4 additional small bath towels from the front desk after going and asking for them. Unfortunately, when the room was cleaned after the first night, we returned to 2 small bath towels again - in fact the staff removed the extra clean towels. staff members were pleasant and showed an effort to be helpful. Unfortunately I had to have the room rekeyed twice in a 2-day stay when the door cards stopped working.

Quality Inn and Suites Winston Salem cannot match the Quality Inn Executive Park in Charlotte. Although the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, the room and AC and air quality were not pleasing.

Holes in the wall, clogged drains. Way to expensive for what you get

Essentially a commercial grade accomodation which offers the basic essentials.

I stayed onlt 1 night so didn't spend much time in my room. The room appeared clean and had a microwave and refrigerator--definitely a plus! Also had an iron, ironing board and hair blow dryer. Everything was fine for a longer stay. It was very close to where I was visiting. The people who work there are all so very nice, pleasant and helpful!!! I was very impressed by the staff----best part of my visit!!!!

Have stayed here 3 times in the past 6 months or so. Nothing special, but a decent place with a good breakfast included (make your own waffles, cereals, fruit, pastries, yogurt, etc.). Good location near mall ... less than 10 minutes to Wake Forest Univ. or downtown.

Enjoyed my stay, it was close to restaurants , shopping areas and co lleges

ROOM WAS NOT VERY CLEAN, BATHROOM FAN DID NOT WORK, TV HAD A HORRIBLE BUZZING SOUND, OUTSIDE STAIRS WERE UGLY AND RUSTED, AND WHY HAVE A SPORTS BAR IF ITS CLOSED ON SUNDAY. EVER HEAR OF N.FL.

Older facility with external access to parking lot - safety issues to visitors. Business office had non functioning printer but hotel staff helped in getting boarding passes printed out. Breakfast menu was lacking in any warm food options other than waffles and lack of protein selections to eat.
