The room was just ok. Bed was extremely firm and springy. The complimentary breakfast was different kinds of cereal. That’s all. No real complaints. Property was mediocre at best.

This property is old and next to an abandoned gas station. People all around it at night. Didn’t feel safe. Their website says breakfast until 9:30, but at 8:30 every was almost completely gone.

NO RECOMMENDED.The check-in was good also the person who took care of us was, but when we were sleeping and very bad smell came from the bathroom and we couldn't sleep well. Also, when we woke we found two roaches in the bath. We noticed the toilet was not held from the floor and was leaning to the side with an opening. We told the front desk lady and she told us they would take care of this. Before we left the hotel, I stopped again to confirm the instructions and the owner listened to me and the lady confirmed all would be good at the end of the day. We came back after 12 hours and the roaches, the toilet, and the bad odor was exactly the same and that was it. They finally changed us to another room but all the rooms are about the same.

There are stairs with no elevator so having a toddler and child, with tons of luggage was very inconsiderate and inconvenient occupying a 2nd floor accommodations. The reservation called for 4 but we kept only getting two towels. Room service kept interrupting our stay asking if we’re checking out. Each day of our stay

I Will say the hotel need at least elevator for disabled customer. Also, hallway smell that somebody or customer smoked marihuana in the room and better cleaning on bathroom. Beside that location and prices, it was good.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. We also liked the breakfast a lot. The hotel is very close to Legoland and Peppa Pig Theme Park. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The sheet had old blood stains on one of the bed you had to strip the bed down completely to see I was very mad even though we slept on top of our Owen blanket it’s the principle

They lady who checked us in was wonderful. But the connected doors never opened. And the "non smoking" room we wanted still smelled like smoke because people was smoking in the hallway and we were directly across from smoking rooms.

The front desk representative was super pleasant and helpful. However, the property was NOT in the best condition (dirty stripped walls, cigarette burned table, etc) and could use several major upgrades. It's decent for a one night's stay but anything longer than that, please look elsewhere.

You should not have this hotel as an option on your website. It was Dirty, old, musty, and reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. Also no elevator, so have fun dragging your luggage up and down the concrete stairs. The room itself was just as bad, stains on both beds, dirty square throw pillows for your sleeping pillows, and smelled just as bad as the rest of the hotel. We left for dinner where my daughter broke down crying at the prospect of having to stay two nights there, we came back and checked out immeditaly. Booked at the Best Western which was absolutely wonderful. SO Now I have lost money for a two night stay at a hotel that I only spent five minutes in.
