We loved that place, you'll find everything you need. We were a family of 5 adults and the condo can fit 8 easily. Located close to the supermarket and downtown winter park. We cried the day we left.. The only negative comment is that there is not easy sigs to locate the office and the condo complex. it took us a while the very first time. I recommend some signs in the US-40 in order to find it easier.

great management, properties vary but the one we ended up in was exceptional,has a very nice recreation center but they need to keep it open later it's out of the pool at 8:45 which seemed early to the 10-15 of us being told the pool was closing every night other than that its a beautiful place.

“Older but well maintained”

Meadowridge is a group of older condos in Fraser, just about 4 miles from Winter Park. The condo we had was very nicely decorated (by the owner) and clean. Only concern was the old mattress. My wife and I both had backaches after two nights on it.

We were impressed, for the price we couldn't have asked for more. Spacious, clean, nice big pool and recreation center with racquetball a plethora of workout equipment, tennis and ping pong. We are already planning a return trip.

It was a lot better than expected. The condo was clean and comfortable. The decorations and extras were really interesting. Felt like home. cant wait to return.

Very cozy, clean, can sleep up to 6, no roughing it here--full kitchen with everything you need. Very nice not to have to eat out all the time.

We enjoyed our summer weekend there. Our condo was beautiful and fully stocked with utensils and extra blankets.Views were beautiful.A short drive to stores and town. Can't wait to go back.

“Good Stay”

I think it is a great place to stay. You don't get the service you would in a hotel, but if you want to be left alone,i.e no neighbors making noise, like the idea of having a kitchen as opposed to eatting out every meal, and don't need to be in on top of the resort area, this is the place. The pump in the hot tub was out, which was disapointing, but the pool was open (in December).
