“Wonderful adventure!”

Laura and James were awesome...along with the staff. There was a minor mix up with Expedia giving us the wrong room (Family Suite) instead of the double queen we originally requested. Pinnacle gave us the Family Suite without charging us any extra. Plus, gave us good tips on where to eat in Fraser. My kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub and arcade! We will be back!

“Comfortable, pleasant 2-night stay”

Pinnacle Lodge, Fraser Colorado. 24-26 August 2012 After unloading all of our travel belongings, we noticed .that our first assigned room had no balcony. We inquired at the front desk if there were rooms available with a balcony. The more-than-friendly staff promptly assigned us a different room with a balcony on the same (3rd) floor at no extra charge. It turned out to be more convenient as it was closer to the elevator. The pool was down for maintenance on our first night of stay, but was in operation by the next morning. The temperature in the spa was a little too hot for our comfort and the entire pool/spa area felt like a sauna due to no ventilation. We remedied this by propping open a door with a chair. The only other minus was the showerhead, which had several jets clogged. This caused the remaining open jets to stream water with high pressure and resulted in a stinging sensation when the water hit our bodies. The staff said that they would take care of the problem following our departure. The Pinnacle Lodge gets an A+ from us for staff courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality.

“Best in Frisco”

Would stay there again in a heartbeat when going to Winter Park skiing. Nice breakfast, rooms and pool/hot tub area. Couldn't be any closer to grocery store. 5 minute drive to the free parking lot and free gondola that takes you to the base lodge. Excellent. Could be a bit less pricey though.

“Excellent pick!”

It was a last minute decision to find a hotel in/near Winter Park. This was one of the last ones left with a vacancy, so we were worried about how nice it would be. Turned out it was very nice! Nice looking on the outside and inside. Only complaint I would have would be the pillows were more like a few tissues inside a pillowcase. All in all, a great experience! I would stay there again!

“Great place to stay”

The front desk staff was very friendly. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. The game room was fun for the kids. The pool and spa area was clean. Very nice place to stay. We would definitely go back.

“Very nice except pet fee”

Very clean and comfortable room. Well taken care of property. Good breakfast with waffles that you make yourself. Nice extras in the bathroom; coffee, snacks, toiletries. Plenty of towels and good shower. The only negative was they charge $25 per dog! The website only states $25 pet fee. This was a major unpleasant surprise and more than I have ever paid at any of the numerous places that I have taken my dogs. There is no reason for this much money to clean. They were nice enough to only charge me $25 based on the website.

“Nice place”

Hotel was nice, staff was very accomidating and friendly. The breakfast could've had more options but that would be the only thing. The pool was kept up nice and the hotel felt inviting.
