Want a bare, hot room for over $200, try this one!Posted Oct 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here in the middle of October, 2014. The hotel has been remodeled, and the room was very clean. However, it looked like furnishing had stopped half way through. There were curtain rods on the windows, but no curtains. The sofa looked to be 15 years old. The TV was an old tube style, probably 19" or so. There was no coffee table or sitting chair. There was one lamp and table by the sofa, but not on the other side, nor were there any floor coverings to the new wood floor. In the whole room there were only three pictures on the wall. Also, the air conditioning had been turned off because some patrons had complained that the rooms were too cold. That certainly wasn't the case for us, and it was very hot in the room all night. It appeared that if there was a way to minimize remodeling investment, they took advantage of it. I didn't get to sleep until 2:30am, and woke up at 3:00am to catch a flight. I wouldn't recommend this room at any price, certainly not $200.

Suburban delight.Posted Oct 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was very pleasant and the staff was so inviting and helpful. The area was a safe neighborhood near the sea, great for a morning walk and breakfast.

Nice hotel in safe community outside Boston.Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Great attentive staff.
Cons: More art work and mirrors on the walls. Kind of bare. Needs new curtains, blinds and a bedspread.
Location: The ocean was 2 blocks away. The town was quaint and easy to get around.
We loved how close we were to the beach and an incredible restaurant. Felt very safe there.

Inexpensive, convenient, spacious rooms and charming location, all for an affordable price. What's not to like about that?

Nice extended stay hotel in quiet neighborhoodPosted Oct 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great place to stay overnight OR for a long haul. We were there just overnight and then shuttled to the airport rental car center to fetch our rental car for the week. We loved the neighborhood. It was a quiet neighborhood with a great local eatery where the locals eat. Cheap breakfast by local Southies. The shuttle service is nice but remember they only go until 10 PM. I would stay here again.

We took a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed which was awful. The restaurant recommdation was great. DParmas .had to wait 30 minutes for shuttle, but overall I would stay again minus the sofa bed

convenient for airportPosted Oct 9, 2014
We just needed a place to sleep before we boarded our plane at Logan Airport. The shuttle was good, and the rooms are fine. Nothing fancy, but fine for our needs.

Very close to the beach and downtownPosted Oct 1, 2014
Cons: Keeping a full length mirror in the room
Location: Right by the ocean (you can actually smell it) and downtown, very convenient.
The overall stay was perfectly fine, however it was a bit loud in the morning, the walls are paper thin! One weird thing I noticed about our room is that there wasn't a mirror for you to get dressed with, there was inky a very tiny mirror in the bathroom so I had to use a chair to stand on it to see what I looked like. The woman we had to deal with was wonderful! She was very nice and helpful about getting around downtown Boston. I would definitely stay here again because it's relatively cheap and close to everything.

Easy access to airport and local busses and railPosted Sep 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was small but adequate. We had no difficulty getting a bus to the local train into the city to see the sights. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect for transit thru Logan AirportPosted Sep 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed here overnight in order to catch a bus to Northern New Hampshire the next morning. The property is in a residential neighborhood. The staff explained the building was a former community center. My room consisted of a kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and bath. It's not fancy but I really didn't care after a 24 hour flight. Just 200 feet away was a little market that provided everything I needed. Plus's include free transportation to/from the airport, free wifi, kitchen with basic utensils, microwave and large fridge. I was somewhat disappointed in the TV reception. The digital picture was fragmented and hard to watch. Their system needs some TLC asap!
