Great place, location and very cleanPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Great location, loved being on the water & having a beach for the kids to play and the pools were very nice.
Cons: They could have honored their free water park tickets.
My family of 4 stayed 2 nights in July 2014. Overall experience was great. My only complaint is that when I booked this reservation I did so because it said we would get free waterpark tickets, the billboard down the street advertised this as well. When I checked in, I was told I could buy discounted tickets from them but was not given any free waterpark tickets. Since most hotels in the area offer this I may have booked another location had I known this.

Pros: Loved everything about this hotel!
Location: Within a few miles of all the major attractions.
Great, friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Can't wait to book our next trip here! Loved being located away from the business of crowds, but close enough to drive. Staff was very helpful in assisting us on directions, things we needed. Would recommend this to everyone

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: List of TV tations and .
Location: Quiet. Need to drive to get to anything interesting in the Dells.
Sorry I was notable to stay longer and enjoy the lake, canoes and indoor pool. Having acar would have been helpful althogh food delivery was right on time.

Great resort on Lake DeltonPosted Jun 4, 2014
Cons: they could include waterpark tickets with room instead of indoor amusement park.
This is a wonderful little lake resort on Lake Delton. We enjoyed the being right on the lake - they have a small beach with row boats and kayaks to use. there is a indoor and outdoor pool plus a hot tub. The best part is that you are in the Dells, but away from all of the hustle and bustle. We will Definitely stay again.

Beautiful locationPosted May 27, 2014
Pros: Location was right on the lake. Nice and quiet.
Cons: Air conditioners seemed old and instead of blowing up, the blowers slammed you in the face because the bed was so close to it.
Location: In the area of the Dells so tons to do. Be sure to eat at the Brat House - very good!
Even though the facilities were older, for the price it was a beautiful getaway. Beach area was clean and we loved getting to kayak around the lake. Hard to find using Google maps - directions were terrible so make sure you have a good map.

kwik trip for weekendPosted Apr 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was very quiet due to the time of our stay. Was nice to pretty much have the resort to ourselves. It was my wife and I along with my mother in-law, we all enjoyed the casino (close by with the shuttle) as well as the indoor pool. It is rather isolated but with nice weather it is a short 0.7 mile to a great spot called Rivers Edge Pub & Grub. Also had our usual great burger downtown at Monks..... you can never go wrong with a Dells getaway! Resort room was clean and quiet on the lake (Delton) would be great for a family in summer weather.

Great hotel.Posted Apr 15, 2014
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was perfect. It was close enough to everything, but yet about a mile off the main road for privacy and outdoorsy/less touristy feeling. The room was very clean and absolutely no sign of any bed bug activity (which has been a problem at certain hotels in the Dells). We were very impressed with the hotel and will definately use Sunset Bay in the future.
