Not very clean, staff not knowledgeablePosted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: Proximity to highway.
The hotel was not very clean. We noticed stains on sheets and dust everywhere. Called ahead to request a crib, was told they had one. When we got there the staff informed us she only had a rollaway bed. It worked ok, the next day a different staff member said they did have cribs, the other person just did not know it because she was new. Would not stay here again.

Wis. Dells resort areaPosted Oct 14, 2013
Cons: See above re food
Room was clean and adequate. Complimentary breakfast was very poor. Scrambled eggs were dried out, donuts were tasteless and coffee tasted bad, and supply was limited. Also eating space was far too limited. Hotel had recently changed brands from Comfort Inn. Signage in front was still Comfort Inn. As a result we had difficulty identifying it as Baymont.

Water issuePosted Oct 7, 2013
Cons: Have a maintenance man available.
The toilet ran all night. I went down to talk to them and was told that I needed to turn the water off in the bathroom. Really? I needed to do this.? So each and every time the toilet needed to be used, you had to turn it back on. Still think I should of been compensated some how. Not too cool.

Clean and friendlyPosted Sep 30, 2013
Cons: The breakfast menu could be better . We qualified for free local water park passes which were never offered to us until we checked out. What a waste
The TV and milk machine in the breakfast area were both broken.

You can't see any sign from the street--hiddenPosted Sep 29, 2013
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: There should be a sign visible from 13.
Location: The Dells has something for everybody, way more than I can describe. Lots to do, for kids, golfers, nature lovers, spa lovers, etc.
Even with google maps, I had to drive around looking for this hotel. You can't see it from Hwy 13, you can't see it from the frontage road, but if you stick to Hwy H you will see the sign. It is quiet without highway or party noise. The room was simple and clean. The side door to the building didn't lock. Breakfast included sausage and eggs, which weren't all that great, but hey, it was free. Restaurants are close, but not within walking distance. Most of the Dells attractions are at least a mile away.

Sad ShapePosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
A nice facility that has been neglected. Poor maintenance and a very awful breakfast left a bad impression. A convenient spot off of I 90 with lots of food options close by.
