“Needs to be cleaned!”

Price was reasonable and staff very helpful and friendly; however, the hallway carpeting was filthy causing me to be apprehensive about cleanliness of facilities. My room had stain in front of vanity that appeared to be blood. The bathroom toilet paper holder was so rusted it looked ready to fall out of the wall. I found these cosmetic maladies hard to overlook and accept that everything else in the hotel was clean. Relatively minor fixes price wise would more than pay for themselves. My overall impression of the hotel is that it is not well maintained and I would not stay there again.

excellent food in restuarant, friendly employees, carpet in hallways needs to be cleaned! breakfast exellent, shuttle service to casino to notched. Would definately stay again

“Clean and convenient.”

Desk clerk was friendly and informative. Hotel and room was clean. Comfy bed. Inexpensive. We came up to go to Hochunk and it was close to the hotel. If you don't get to breakfast early enough though it gets picked over. Overall it was a good experience.

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel -- service was excellent. Breakfast was good also . We are staying there again in June. Easy access location for Baraboo and WI Dells.

“Great service for the price!”

This Best Western is a warm and hospitable place to stay. Very clean. Good pool and hot tub. Breakfast is rather boring, but typical. will definitely stay again.

“Fun Times”

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast a plus. Attached bar and restaurant good service and drinks. Kareoke was a hoot! Pool was good size for hotel. Overall a good value in a decent area of town.

“Not impressed”

We upgraded to the most expensive room listed on the website (whrilpool suite). It def was NOT worth the extra money! It looked NOTHING like the room picture they advertised. The room was small and the whirlpool was even smaller. You had to squeeze sideways into the bathroom to close the door. The hairdryer didn't work in the room either. There were no available outlets to plug in the laptop....we had to unplug a lamp. The exercise room was small, but ok.....just extremely hot in there. On the brighter side....the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent.

“Fine Accommodations!”

The room was nice & clean --and smelled good. We got extra towels at the front desk without any problem. Since my husband and I both use CPAP machines, we had to be creative about finding enough electrical outlets near the bed. Fortunately, there was a multiple outlet adapter near the refrigerator which we used near the bed. A/C worked fine until the power went out during a storm but it came back on when the power did. Nice breakfast area.
