Nice quiet hotel

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Great location, nice and quiet area. Great restaurant options. Rooms were nice and clean. The pool didn't look to enticing though. Kinda murky but there was signs saying that the pool was being cleaned that morning so maybe the murkiness was remnants of the cleaning..

Never again!

Posted Jul 27, 2015
The air conditioning in our room didn't kick our very cold air, the elevator stunk horribly and had to use the stairs the whole time. The pool room stunk for urine something terrible!! Water was so cloudy that I didn't even want anyone of my family members to swim in it! Very dark in pool room, staff didn't turn lights on in there until 9pm! Just gross!

Decent hotel for the price, very comfortable

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable, pool, roomy, value
Cons: Improve age of ac/heaters in rooms, clean pool more often, have more breakfast staff.
Location: In the same parking lot as a steakhouse. It's very tasty, the homemade beef and noodle soup was delicious as was the complimentary crab dip.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable, they give you plenty of pillows, 4 on each bed! Towels are bigger than most hotel towels, but still skimpy, but they do the job they are intended. We had a 2 queen room and it was large enough for our family, love the sink area, very nice to have 2 people getting ready at once. The breakfast the first day was great, well stocked and cooked properly, all food tasted great. Second morning it was not very good. It was a different staff person and there were bags of garbage laying in the food area, the food was not stocked very well, eggs were still runny, and the orange juice was bad. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage patties, make your own waffles, cold cereal with milk, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, bread, danish, and muffins as well as orange, cranberry and apple juice and coffee/tea. The pool is large enough for a few people, but no one was in it when we were there, so it was perfect. The water was cloudy, and there was some sediment at the bottom. However, the water felt clean. The spa also had cloudy water in it, and a bit of black moulding from the bottom of it floating in the bottom. The sauna was out of order while we were there, but it looked nice. The room was very clean, the air conditioner/heat unit was old, but did the trick. The fridge was loud, but not loud enough to keep us up (we live on a highway though, so are used to noise at night). Overall, we'd stay again, it was a good value.

Not a very good hotel

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: Not too much. Well below standards I have come to expect from this chain.
Cons: Just about everything.
Location: Not appliciable
Was not able to find for awhile. Well hidden. Room was old and looked it. Refrigerator was sent on high freeze. Everything I put in was frozen by morning. (Orange juice, water , cheese.) Breakfast was well below standards. Staff was not informed that the restaurant across the street was closed. Did not tell us when we ask.

Perfect for the dells trip

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Modern and updated, very clean facility and rooms, nice decor, comfy beds, large continental breakfast with variety ( not cold, pre-packaged foods), nice pool and jacuzzi area, restaurant across the parking lot, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The room was perfectly staged and the perfect temperature after roasting in the sun all day at the water park! We will keep returning here for our dells trips. Great way to save money

It was pleasant for an overnight quick stay. My husband, daughter and I were driving through on our way to MN. Check in was quick, the room was fine. There were a few crumbs on the floor, but otherwise clean. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a fine stay.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Posted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: It's close to the beach
Cons: Move closer to the beach
Location: You can go to the beach
Could't find the beach though. Looked for it, no where to be found. I'm gonna go again to do a thorough search.

Musty smell and hairy bed

Posted Jul 6, 2015
There was hair on the bed upon check in, not mine, and it wasn't just one strand. Clearly the staff did not properly wash the bedding. The room smelled of mold and stale cigarette smoke. I was rather nauseated by it. I told the front desk and the woman said 'oh, do you still want to stay here, should I bother finding you another room?' Uh...rude! I would never recommend this place to someone, unless I really disliked them. Poor service, poor choice of hotel.
