The bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights rest. The building is very old, the rooms are small, the decorating was very dated. Price was reasonable.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The toilet was not clean and leaked water all over the bathroom floor, mold was caked up in the corners of the bathroom, and there was garbage in the bedroom area. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

We stay here a lot because of the ease of getting to and from Cascade mountain and the value of the rooms. The staff is amazing and very accommodating to our sometimes unique arrival for getting on the slopes. Very friendly staff and always very helpful when we need something taken care of. It's not the Ritz Carlton of course, but if that's what you want you can find it someplace else. Overall this is a great place to stay for our weekend getaways. Thanks Day Inn!

We went to the pool, and the liner of the pool was wrecked. The hot tub was filthy, and was not working properly. There was mold growing on a sign in the pool area as well. The room was not much better. The sheets were dirty in the one bed, and there was a stain on the skirting od the other bed. There were stains on the mattress as well. There was something on the heatlamp in the bathroom. Not sure if it was more mold, or if someone burned something on that lamp.

Good hotel.
Other than not being able to control the temperature in the room it was a great stay. I forgot my insulin on check out and they were awesome and called and told me. I would definitely stay again.

Where do I start. Non smoking room but the bathroom and pillows smelt like a smokehouse. Jacuzzi was in poor condition. Pool handrail was loose and only one half of the steps into the pool were useable. The breakfast was nonexistent. Bread was hard like it was sitting out for a few days. No waffle mix. No fruit Sour milk for cereal. Pathetic on the breakfast. Assist was hardly available to get the jacuzzi working. My advice to to skip this place and go elsewhere. This review is good compared to what my wife would put in this review

The pool had broken stairs, the hot tub was ice cold, the lining of the pool was peeling horribly. The entire place smells like mold, I was afraid I was going to get robbed, the toilet reeked of stale pee along with the seat being literally yellow. Very disappointing and dissatisfying. Will never be staying again

This place was terrible. When we arrived we had to wait like 10 minutes as no one was at the front. We had to call their phone number several times for them to come check us in. Then we were told that they could not accommodate a first floor room even tho we stated we needed one weeks ago when I made the reservation as they don’t have an elevator and we had a disabled person that can’t do stairs. Finally got to the room and the towels all had black streaks on them along with the bedding. Whirlpool wasn’t working properly and again went to the front desk and had to wait several minutes for them to come to the desk and he went into the electrical room and had to add pool water to the whirlpool for it to work. The water was very imbalanced and could feel it on your skin. Then at breakfast they didn’t have anything out and had to ask for food after waiting several minutes for someone to come to the front. Will never stay here again. Will make sure no one that I know in any of the hobbies we do stays here. Was not willing to accommodate at all.

this hotel was extremely outdated very unclean sheets were stained, thank goodness I had separate blankets that we could put down on the bed to sleep in the air conditioner was extremely noisy. Expedia needs to do a better job keeping their customers informed of the hotel conditions smell, very damp and musty rust on the bathroom doors. Bathroom floor was on clean bedroom floor when I walked on that it was sticky.

The hotel staff, when you could find them, were helpful and friendly. The room was relatively clean, my issue was nothing worked quite right, the AC barely cooled, the microwave barely worked, and the fridge froze everything. The breakfast consisted of toast, bagels, cereal and yogurt. The pool was nice and warm which is the only reason I gave this hotel a 2 star. It is also located right next to a very busy truck stop. I don't think I will be staying here again.

dirty carpet, air conditioning barely worked. hot tub was warm, not hot. no one set up any breakfast. it was supposed to start at 6am. i had to settle for a yogurt from the cooler before i left at 6:30.
