Loved it! Had a great time.

The minute we walked in we were greeted by Trina the young lady at the front desk. She was there most of our stay and she was so helpful. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly. My only "dislike" would be that the breakfast isn't included in the room packages. You have to pay separate for that. Which if fine if you want a made to order omelet, however we would have been OK with a bagel and orange juice. Still a very nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfy beds.

I really enjoyed the exercise room! Overall, my stay was great. The location of the hotel was accessible to many of the things main attractions in the Dells.

very nice hotel close to everything.

Pros: The staff was very friendly!
Cons: The only improvement would be to have an adult or quite time for the pool and whirlpool spas after 8pm.
Location: The location was perfect. Very close to all of the attractions and downtown.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was very comfortable and relaxing

Great customer service

The frontdesk person Iva made our stay at Hilton at a different level. Exceptional customer service. She made us feel comfortable by proving us with water batels, priding us with restoring recommendations and explaining at which particular places we can receive discounts etc.

Fabulous hotel for the price!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Our kids are teens now and didn't want to stay at a waterpark. This hotel was perfect for our family. We loved the lobby's modern decor. The room was clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. We enjoyed playing games in the lobby in the evening. The indoor pool was good sized and I appreciated the warm water. It was fun to sit outside in the rain in the outdoor hot tub. There were also 2 more hot tubs indoors. We would definitely come back.

Wisconsin Dells stay

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: It was very close to where I was working during my business trip. It was very quiet.
Cons: Hot oatmeal on the breakfast bar would have been nice instead of packets of oatmeal.
Location: It was winter time so all of the area attractions are closed at this time. Still there are a few good restaurants to eat at in the area.
The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good and you had options to choose from.

Nice Lobby!

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff and welcoming lobby.
Cons: Room cleanliness and updates.
Location: Close to shopping, waterparks and many restaurants.
I stayed in a king suite in hopes of relaxing in the whirlpool tub. After I filled the tub and sat inside I turned the jets on only to see little black particles coming out into the water. Needless to say, I did not use it. The rooms was somewhat dated with the carpet and the bedding. There were cobwebs in some ceiling corners. The room did have a flat screen television and Keurig. The tissues from the last box must have been stuffed into the new box as they were in a loose pile on the tissue box. I did not receive an express checkout bill under my door so had to go to the front desk to check out which fortunately did not take long. From the website when booking my stay, I was under the impression that there was a restaurant and lounge in the hotel. While there is a small bar area (which wasn't open while I was there), there are two nearby restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Considering the cold temperature this was disappointing. The staff was friendly and the hotel lobby is very cool and inviting.

Good, clean hotel in good location.

I booked a room w/ 2 queen beds. I don't think the beds were really queen sized; they seemed like full or doubles to me, and only had 3 pillows each. Room was clean and had a small bathroom w/ Neutrogena toiletries, large tv (remote was difficult to operate), microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and ice bucket. We were not given enough regular coffee in the room. There was also free coffee in the lobby though. The front desk staff were very nice and apoligized b/c the fire alarm went off 5x during our 2 night stay, but not while sleeping. The breakfast looked good, but at $9.75 per adult it might have been pricey depending on the selection. Did not try the bar. Pool area (w/ 2 hottubs inside and 1 outside) closes early at 10pm. The hood was very touristy, but the Sprecher's next door to the hotel had good food, Saturday night prime rib special, Bloody Mary in a boot, and a full bar, but closed very early (10pm?).
