Close to attractions.

Would like lawn chairs as all rooms do not have a deck.

Nice hotel

I love how the hotel was close to everything in the dells but at the same time it was not right in the middle of it all. It was a great place to stay at!

Too noisy

Posted Jul 5, 2015
If you want to rest this isn't the place. Walls to thin and doors slam way to hard.

Disappointed with Front Desk Staff

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Manager did step in when I requested to resolve problems.
Cons: Training & reinforcement of protocol, good customer service practices for Front Desk Staff.
Location: Lots of tourist activities. We chose this hotel because seemed to be more oriented to adults than families with children.
Front Desk staff person needs to retake Customer Service 101. She failed in many ways.

King bed with fireplace suite

Posted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: Beautifully decorated & friendly staff. Convenient amenities. Great location, quiet yet close to local attractions.
Cons: Keeping family suites where children are running around & going in & out of the room on another floor from the romantic suites
Location: Plenty of close attractions & restaurants
We enjoyed all the comforts of our room! The bed had the most comfortable mattress of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The carpet was soft & very clean as was the rest of the room. We loved the private patio off our room. Best hotel experience we've had in 20+ years.

Watch out for hidden fee's.

Posted Jun 17, 2015
Cons: Better pillows.
Everything regarding my stay was fine, until I needed to use the internet. As I was logging on it required a payment for internet usage of $4.95. Come on! Paying for internet at hotels is so 10 years ago! Then in the morning I ate breakfast in the hotel. The sign says seat yourself. The waitress asked what can I get you today. I said, I'll have an omelet. I ate it and the next thing I get a bill? $11.95. It wasn't so much the price just that I was charged for something I thought was free. Suggestion Post a Price sign if your charging or provide each customer with a MENU, which I did not receive.

We stayed at the Hilton for the first time and enjoyed it immensely. We love the DelBar and it was within walking distance. The clerk at the registration desk was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.
