“Not impressed”
This hotel has the wrong address because of new road exchange in the area. It is the oldest, noisiest hotel we have stayed at. You have to ask for hair dryers, and shampoo. They don't have them in the room. This was a hotel out of the early 70's.
“Would stay here again”
I loved the pool and the whirlpool and the lady who checked me in was really nice and found me a nice room because the hotel allows pets, but I'm allergic to cats so the fact that she took extra effort to find me a room where I'd be least likely to have a bad reaction was nice and the hotel cleaning staff went and got the pool towels for my daughter and I when I asked how I got some so we could go swimming. I would definitely stay here again. It was a fun weekend for my daughter and I and we were close to places to eat and the wedding I was going to and I loved the maps they had at the front desk to help us get around.
“Satisfied with our stay”
Our motel was close to where we were going and the motel staff was very friendly and helpful....rooms were clean not extravigant....reasonably priced.....thank you
“No Frills”
Accommodations were fully satisfactory in every way. For the low cost there were no extras, but I knew that before I stayed the night. Nice pool and hot tub. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. I do think a little breakfast munchy would go a long way in making it a little more like other motels.
“Needs an upgrade.”
Only stayed one night. Front Desk people were very nice and checked me in right away. Key to room did not work and they immediatly fixed it. Rooms were in desperate need of an upgrade as well as the beds. Great place for a short stay!
“Friendly staff. Clean and quiet room.”
You can't find a better value. This place is clean and well maintained. Price was the best I could find. Best value around. We'll be back.
“Even if your only planning on sleeping in a hotel, dont choose this one”
I went there with my boyfriend this past weekend(Mid July) and did not have a great experience. WHile we did save money because this hotel is not "technically" in the dells (about 5 min drive to downtown), it was so not worth it. Upon arrival, our room was dirty (hair in the shower, not vacuumed ect). The bed was alright, pillows hard, I would suggest bringing your own. Tv channels did not all work. The first night was not too bad other than the hard bed, however, we realized how VERY thin the walls were on our second night. The room across the hall must have been having a party because they were running back and forth between two rooms (doors slamming shut, very loud) and were talking very loudly in the hallway and their room. They kept us up until 1 AM, and then were up at 6 AM,and did not leave until 8:30, so needless to say we got no sleep, plus the person downstairs from us had a cold because we could hear them coughing/sneezing both nights. We will not be back to this hotel, I would rather spend and extra $100 a night then to have to deal with this hotel again. Also, would not give us extra pillows or clean towels during our stay. No shampoo or hair dryer in room.
“Great stay”
Great value. Staff was very accommodating which I very much appreciated.
“Motel 6 Delton Lake...adequate for overnight”
For an inexpensive place to stay when looking only for a bed, bathroom, and tv, this works. Price is acceptable although do not expect any ambiance; this is a Motel 6 and at least there seems to be some insulation in the walls which helps. We were on the 3rd floor and did not have any people above so can't speak to footsteps above during the night. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. A little tough to find so use their map.
“Can't beat the price and location”
Room was a bit small, but we used it just to sleep. Liked the fact my dog could travel with us. Would stay again.
