“Great place for families with young kids”

We stayed at the Polynesian in August 2010. Our 5 year old son loved all the pools and kiddie play areas. I found the indoor pool areas to be a little disappointing. I would recommend the Polynesian to any family with young kids for a summer stay.

We had a wonderful time. The kids had a blast on all the water rides. Our room was clean and comfortable. The entire family wants to go back. Fun times!!!

Nice comfortable hotel. Pool area is fantastic. No lines , staff was very helpful with questions about area. Very accommodating.

“Small and Nice hotel”

The rooms were nice, but could use a little updating, but worked well for our family. We had a pool side room on the first floor and were very pleased with the location and easy access to the pool area. We have a toddler, so the pool was nice and not too big, but also had water activities for older kids and adults.

“The Polynesian home away from home”

Its a good hotel for all ages, I liked the different water slides n pools for kids n adults, liked my rooms they had a refrigerator, a microwave, n a safe in the room which I liked, the Polynesian is close to everything, my grandson enjoyed the 3 days there, n yes we will go back to the Polynesian.

This was a perfect waterpark for my 3 and 8 year old boys. It's small enough to allow my older son to wander around the pools and yet close enough to regularly check on him. There were several small play areas suitable for the 3-year old. The water slides are big enough to keep my older son happy. And, there are no lines, waiting, or pushy teenagers I had read about at the larger resorts!!! We stayed from Sunday to Friday and it wasn't crowded at all. We didn't eat at the resort, but the front desk and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. The hotel itself isn't particularly modern, but was clean and everything functioned as it should. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The resort is close to everything yet not in the middle of the prime activities, so it's quiet in the evening. We were able to park near the door closed to our room at various times throughout the day or evening without issue, so it was close and convenient. We had a great time and will definitely plan to go again next year.

“loved the pools”

we were more interested in the pools than the room and were not disappointed. even tho the hotel was pretty full the pools didn't feel that way. great place for our 5 yr old. the room was a little worn. tiles loose in the bathroom, but it was clean. close to a couple restaurants.
