Tamarack a Festiva Resort

Hotel was fabulous, the customer service were very nice and helpful! The pool could have been warmer but the kids loved it!

Great place to take the family for a very reasonable price. We had more than enough to do to keep us busy and having fun with plenty of opportunities for discounted prices for other activities off of the resort grounds.

The resort was clean, quiet, and relaxing, and the suite was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and the bedrooms had plenty of fresh linen. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. I was also very impressed with the available services at the activity center such as the indoor pool, weight room, and racqetball court. The only drawback observed during our time was the consistency of the hot water in the unit. We had to ration the water a little, and watch how much we used, but it was a minor inconvenience. The positives of the unit far outweighed this one criticism.

The cable did not have a clear picture in the main room and the TV’s were all too small in every room. We had to call about no hot water the first morning and they never informed us it was fixed. We called about no hot water the second day and it still was not fixed by the time we check out. Thermostat did not work properly, it was always hot and the hair dryer did not work in the master bath either.

Quiet, scenic place to stay while enjoying all the attractions of the commercial area of Wisconsin Dells. Helpful, friendly staff! Security staff on premise who promptly helped us on a cold winter night when we forgot to take our key card with us while we went out for the night. Free wi fi connection not good.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. We had 6 in our family and it was cheaper to rent this 2 bedroom condo with kitchen and living room than to rent 2 hotel rooms elsewhere. It was conveniently located fairly near the ski slopes. We will definitely use this place again.

We loved it... nice huge master bedroom with bathroom w/2 sinks, a JACUZZI, and our 5 kids loved it as well...we had 2 beds in the second bedroom while the downstairs living room couch folded out into a bed...each room had a nice TV with remote, extra blankets and pillows...full dining room table, full kitchen with utensils, nice clean upgraded appliances with microwave, stove, fridge....I mean this place was like home away from home...and since it was Thanksgiving weekend and cold, we didnt mind just hanging out and watching movies at the "crib".... couldnt be happier. The only thing which is not even much to complain about, but we did have to keep our pool towels with us even after leaving the pool....imagine hauling 7 huge wet towels out of the recreation building and into the van only to drive around to the linen replacement area...it was a real pain in the butt. Otherwise, the recreation area was nice with a full workout area, tennis, racuetball ,arcade...etc..

First off I really liked everything this hotel offered. The hotel room was great I liked that it had a fireplace and everything that it had in it. I loved that the hotel had alot of activites to offer like the racquet ball room, pool, whirlpool, tennis, basketball and arcade. This place is great for families or couples that just want to get away for a few days. I recommend this place 100%. The staff was also very friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out.
