Great for the business professional.

Pros: room and restaurant
Cons: n/a
Location: couldn't tell you other than malls. I was there for business.
The staff was helpful and pleasant, and even went above expectations to provide great customer service. The room was clean and comfortable with the minimum amenities expected by a business traveler. The fitness room was average to what other hotels provide. I am a treadmill person, so that was sufficient for me. The restaurant/pub attached to the hotel was a plus and because it is an entity on its own it provided a great menu and variety of customers.

No nonsense hotel. Polite courteous staff.

Pros: Location. Also, they used all washable bedding (some hotels I'm not sure wash the comforter and only use one sheet. Eww!
Location: Two close gas stations, a DD for coffee, and close to the pike.
I had an excellent stay. My check-in was a breeze, and while I didn't use the pool or exercise facilities, they looked clean and in good order. I was assigned an ADA accessible room, and while I would have liked the shower drain to have a little more slope (so the water would drain faster), I understand that that isn't within regulation guidelines. Very clean looking sheets - basically just as advertised. I liked this location as well. Close to Boston, but I was able to park here without problem. I'd stay here again.

Basic but convenient

Cheap option if you dont want to pay Boston prices. Basic breakfast included but Mc Donalds is just accross the road. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbours.

So so

Pros: Irish restaurant attached to property. Great food.
Cons: Just needs a general upgrade/renovation
Location: Quiet neighborhood 11 miles from airport. Be sure to ask about taxi prices before asking the front desk to request one for you. Can be a big shock.
Hotel staff was friendly and the restaurant...an Irish Pub was outstanding. The building itself is much older than most Best Westerns and the rooms weathered. The room was clean enough, just run down. It was quiet even with a large bus load of children arriving in the evening.

Very satisfied

Cons: The tv service. I don't know what kind of channels they had.
The hotel very nice. The room very nice. The king size bed was comfortable. What I like the most is that they served a real breakfast every morning. I was impressed.

Good place to stay for Boston Marathon

Posted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: Convenient location for Boston marathon runners from Vermont (and NH).
Cons: It would be nice if the breakfast started earlier (5:30am) on Boston marathon day.
It was my 2nd time to stay overnight before Boston Marathon. I drive down from Vermont and the hotel location is very good to go to Boston and get out of the city by Orange line. I and my wife are pretty satisfied. It would be even nicer if the breakfast started earlier (5:30am) on Boston marathon day. There were a few other runners staying there.

Mediocre

Posted Apr 23, 2014
We had a few bumps during our stay; we had an ever running toilet, a phone that sometimes worked and once got locked out of our room. However staff were good, breakfast was nice, location ideal, and the attached restaurant was great.
